Good way to refresh helmet
Replace my crushed up original padding. This works well. Be sure to note the size, there is 9mm and 13mm padding. My understanding is that 9mm is stock.

Fits Perfect At First But Shrinks A Little After Use
I bought a size Medium Shoei RF-1100 Helmet, but unfortunately it fit me a bit loose (Size small helmet was way too tight). I decided to buy the next size up cheek pads and center pad hoping it would solve my problem. It did at first. The helmet felt nice and snug. After a couple of uses it wasn't feeling as snug anymore. It still feels better than the original pads, but not the perfect fit I would want. It will help out if you have a problem with your helmet being a little loose on you.

erica h: Sizing was an issue for me so Revzilla recommend I order the smaller pad, I didn't end up needing, but that's OKJun 4, 2014

Nicole R: The small Shoei RF1100 feels pretty snug on me and so does the small RF1200 which I heard are pretty close in size. However when I'm at highway speeds the wind feels like it's going to rip my helmet off, and when I'm tucked down on the track it moves around just a tiny bit too much for my liking. I'm hoping new pads will help keep it in place.Apr 27, 2014
JAIME A: I purchased a fairly new Shoei RF-1100 in a size Medium. Technically, I should be a Small since I wear a size 7 hat, but I tried out a couple of Small sized RF-1100 helmets and they were just too uncomfortably tight on my head. Now the Medium is just a little loose, specially towards the top of my head. So I purchased the next size up cheek pads (37mm) and the thickest center pad that is offered (13mm). Hopefully this solves my problem.

A shopper asked:I went with a LG instead of a MD RF1100 and now that the helmet has been broken in, so to speak, it's entirely too loose. A MD size pad was still not nearly snug enough, so I figure a SM or XS would be better.May 13, 2012
RevZilla:The RF-1100 Center pads are not interchangeable between shell sizes. Since the LG helmet has its own shell sizes, other center pads will not fit; the snaps and catches will not properly line up. If it helps, all size cheek pads are interchangeable across the whole RF-1100 size range.May 17, 2012
