The versatile FACTOR pants are made from abrasion resistant materials combined with stretch panels for more comfort. Suitable for riders who ride all year round, the FACTOR contains a detachable thermal lining and breathable membrane. For protection, the pants feature protective knee armour combined with hip padding. Long zippers on the legs allow the pants to be easily worn over a pair of boots.

Watch out for "Womens" fit Unless you are a human pear or the Liberty Bell, these pants are not for you. These pants run a little big. Even with the liners in, you can still wear pants underneath. Features were satisfactory, but would think twice about ever buying womens-specific pants again. My measurements were right on with the size chart for a size 38. The pants ended up fitting like ice hockey pants! The hips stuck out and were baggy, and the waist came up to my armpits - a common problem in womens-fit pants. Ended up returning them and getting the Revit Factor pants in Mens size XS, which has almost the same specs on the size chart. That was a much better fit with same features, and armor pads still fit well. August 31, 2010
Very warm pants I wore these pants on a ride from Los Angeles to Philadelphia. In warmer climates, there's not nearly enough ventilation. Also, the interior fabric of the pants, not the liner, does not absorb sweat at all, so I would stick to the inside. Wearing running tights under the pants helped considerably with both complaints. I wore them over jeans, running tights, and by themselves, and they were comfortable enough. October 6, 2009

Women's Factor Pants can be found by choosing the 'Size Chart' tab to the left of the screen, or by clicking 'Size Chart' above the 'Choose your size' dropdown, and then scrolling to the first sizing table. Specifically, for the women's size 44, the measurements (in inches) are as follows:

Answer: 
The zippers only go up about 2/3 of the way up to the knees. That gives you ample space to put on your boots. The zipper is very heavy duty and you don't have to worry about it breaking. They are super easy to get into if you follow the sizing guidelines. I would be about a size 9/10 in a women's pant so I bought the size 42 and they fit great.

SIZING INSTRUCTIONS

We highly recommend finding a cloth tape measure and taking the time to take these measurements.  REV'IT! sizes will not necessarily correlate with fitment in other brands.

  • Chestwidth: Measure from under/top of armpit cross chest to under/top of other armpit, then across back to first armpit
  • Waist: Measure at the hourglass of your torso, (circumference measured at your belly button)
  • Hips: pelvic bone to pelvic bone, the widest part of your hips below the waist
  • Inseam: from crotch to big ankle bone
  • Outseam: from waist to big ankle bone
