Unless you are a human pear or the Liberty Bell, these pants are not for you. These pants run a little big. Even with the liners in, you can still wear pants underneath. Features were satisfactory, but would think twice about ever buying womens-specific pants again. My measurements were right on with the size chart for a size 38. The pants ended up fitting like ice hockey pants! The hips stuck out and were baggy, and the waist came up to my armpits - a common problem in womens-fit pants. Ended up returning them and getting the Revit Factor pants in Mens size XS, which has almost the same specs on the size chart. That was a much better fit with same features, and armor pads still fit well.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Very warm pants

I wore these pants on a ride from Los Angeles to Philadelphia. In warmer climates, there's not nearly enough ventilation. Also, the interior fabric of the pants, not the liner, does not absorb sweat at all, so I would stick to the inside. Wearing running tights under the pants helped considerably with both complaints. I wore them over jeans, running tights, and by themselves, and they were comfortable enough.

REV'IT! Jackets are European (slim) cut and generally more narrow in the shoulders than other brands. Please take this into account when choosing the appropriate size. Most riders with any body type other than "slim" would need to order one size larger than they typically might wear in other brands, if you are in between sizes, we recommend erring on the larger side. SIZING INSTRUCTIONS

We highly recommend finding a cloth tape measure and taking the time to take these measurements.  REV'IT! sizes will not necessarily correlate with fitment in other brands.

  • Chestwidth: Measure from under/top of armpit cross chest to under/top of other armpit, then across back to first armpit
  • Waist: Measure at the hourglass of your torso, (circumference measured at your belly button
  • Hips: pelvic bone to pelvic bone, the widest part of your hips below the waist
  • Inseam: from crotch to big ankle bone
  • Outseam: from waist to big ankle bone
