I've tried on a few brands and the elbow/shoulder protection never felt like it hit the right spot/area on my body. Rec'd my jacket today - I ordered the womens size 44 - I am a true size 12 in jackets -5'6 full figured and the fit is spot on. I can wear a long tee shirt and regular sweatshirt under this jacket. I could have ordered size 42 if I wanted to wear a long T shirt and the jacket alone. Good quality jacket for the price.
Revzilla - I hate interent shopping but Revzilla may have changed my mind. First time ordering from this company and they are great. Prior to purchasing I called them several times and their feedback is great. Not only did I purchase this jacket but I bought the Shoei Multitech helmet - love that too!! This jacket was a little lighter in weight than I was expecting. I like the fit of the jacket, if you have wide hips (like me) this jacket flares out towards the hips which I love. I tend to have a problem fitting jackets because I need a larger size for my hips/waist area, but not so large in the chest area. This jack flows a lot of air. I haven't had the chance to ride it in summer temps in Texas yet, or test its protection or durability (only had it about two weeks) but I think it would hold up well. Overall, if you're looking for a good summer jacket, or don't plan on riding much in colder temps, then I'd recommend this jacket. The only surprise I had when I received it, was the Knox armor was "softer and lighter in weight" than I was expecting, and from what I've been able to find online, you can't upgrade it to anything else.

I love this jacket! On summer nights (high 70s to low 80s) the air flow is so strong that it actually gets a little cool -- but easy enough to have on a long sleeve under it rather than sweltering in a hot jacket. And during the day, the air flow is definitely noticeable. I'm a new rider, and I won't ride without some sort of protective jacket, so when my husband was happy with his Air jacket, he bought me one for my birthday. He originally bought me the light blue one in a 40; I didn't like the color and it fit a bit loosely. We sent it back and got the light gray in a 38, but that was too small! (I think the blue, for some reason, might run bigger?) Anyway, I now have the light gray in a 38, which is perfect. I'm 5'7, am smaller chested, and weigh in around 135. I don't have broad shoulders, but I also am not "petite." I typically wear a small in shirts and medium in jackets. My only complaint is color choices. Black didn't make sense to me for a summer jacket (plus I don't like the low visibility of pure black), and the light blue isn't very stylish in my opinion. My light gray coordinates with my husband's, which I wasn't necessarily seeking to do! ;-) It does look good, though, and it's comfortable for riding, whether riding my own bike or on the back of my husband's. I definitely recommend it. {FYI... The "rides" information is my husband's bike as he ordered the jacket. I ride a BMW G 650 GS .}

1. Revzilla Rocks - Ordered it wednesday at 5PM EST. It was processed and shiped same day. Received it on Thursday. And rode with it on today! All with free shipping - can't beat that. 2. Stylish - I'm totally in love with Rev'it products. They actually pay attention to the sensible women rider's need and desire for style. We all don't need to be decked out in sparkle and glitter or look like smaller men. 3. Euro sizes can be confusing. It was helpful to try on a few different Rev'it women's jackets before deciding on the size. I opted to go a lil larger since I have broader shoulders. Still a tad too loose, but the adjustable straps on the hips, wrist and arms to help with overall fit. 4. Air flow - amazing! Really appreciate the venting on around the arms and front. 5. Reflective material - just wish there were a few more reflective material on the jacket. I will probably add on for more visability during night riding. Overall - happy with purchase and would recommend it!

On a motorcycle trip in Vietnam my friend had the guy's version of this jacket. It looked completely badass. (Okay, shallow reason for buying a jacket, I suppose, but hush.) So when it got too hot for the leather jacket I'd been using, I went to see if there was a women's version of what he had. I got the gray one, and I'm quite happy with the purchase. It vents really well in the heat and I've gotten several compliments on the look and fit.
I wear a large women's t-shirt normally, and a medium men's. The 42 fit perfectly, even around my bit of a tummy. I can comfortably wear a thin fleece underneath if I undo the upper arm buttons, which is a nice bit of flexibility just in case.
