Great Summer Jacket

I love this jacket. It looks great, is wearable in Texas heat, and provides a great deal of safety without being bulky or hot. Upgrading the back armor to Sas-Tec is inexpensive and provides an additional level of safety should you find yourself off the bike at speed. The level of quality in this jacket is very high as you would expect at this price point.

I ordered based upon the size chart and ended up with a jacket that was a little too big. Went down a size and the fit was perfect.

If I needed to, I'd buy this jacket again.

Perfect Jacket for Hot Summer Weather

Great jacket for hot weather. I've been riding around in mid to high 80s (even hitting 90s) and it does a great job of keeping air flowing to your body. With the SAS-TEC armor, it feels very safe...definitely feels "bomb-proof" as RevZilla describes it.

Great jacket. Bought it for the scorching Miami summer heat. I actually thought I was going to feel the air flow more, but although I do feel the heat (90F + humidity riding), Im not covered in sweat when I arrive in my destination. I except it will feel a lot cooler in the high 70F and 80F. The jacket is also a lot less flimsy than I imagined, very well built and looks the part. Jacket is not a very tight fit as other Revit jackets I own; I got a 48 (Im 155 lbs and 5'-10") and it has a relaxed fit (I assume this improves airflow). Highly recommended.

Turbine Jacket

It's good to find a mesh jacket that offers top of the line protection. I bought this to replace my Airforce, and by comparison, the Turbine offers better protection in the impact areas and a much improved cinch system in the sleeves. But you loose the chest pockets and the Hydratex snap-in liner. Two features I wish they'd retained, which is why I was only able to give it four stars.

Fantastic customer service. Patrick tried to find a colour/size combo out of stock by Rev'it and kept me informed by phone. Love the jacket ! I have bought all of the major brands over the years and Rev'it is the best. I also have a Cayenne Pro from Revzilla, another fine product.

tried several jackets,this fit the best i am tall and thin with long arms,arms fit better than other revit jackets in larger size,it is a comfortable,well made summer jacket,just what i was looking for,also dealing with(marcus) at the store could not have been better

Great for ventilation, however, used to Italian clothing manufacturers like Spidi and Rev'it is made in China. As such, build quality is not even close. Not bad but for the same price Spidi offers quality in another league.

Also the back protection provided is a joke, I could put a diaper back there and have more protection.

As described on the Revit site. Fits smaller than normal sizing. No waterprrof liner. Soaked through completely during last ride in the rain. Had a Paclight Gortex jacket underneath to keep dry. Jacket dries quickly. Not a four season jacket. Not for inclimate weather without your own accessories.

SIZING INSTRUCTIONS

We highly recommend finding a cloth tape measure and taking the time to take these measurements.  REV'IT! sizes will not necessarily correlate with fitment in other brands.

  • Chestwidth: Measure from under/top of armpit cross chest to under/top of other armpit, then across back to first armpit
  • Waist: Measure at the hourglass of your torso, (circumference measured at your belly button
  • Hips: pelvic bone to pelvic bone, the widest part of your hips below the waist
  • Inseam: from crotch to big ankle bone
  • Outseam: from waist to big ankle bone
