I'm right around 190 and 5' 9" -- fairly athletic and I could barely get into the Dainese 54 and A* 54 usually way to tight in the chest area. Had an RS Taichi 54 that was a little better in the chest but was to long in the legs. I became intrigued with the REV'IT! brand after looking at the Jerez gloves and tried on the Replica suit in a 52 at a local dealer... fit was absolutely spot on. Ordered the TT that afternoon -- at $799 the suit is a total steal! Maybe the only drawback is a little too much white, ohterwise it rocks. Agree with the previous reviewer, in that the suit felt really light in the box. Get this suit--you won't be disappointed!

Never thought I would ever buy Rev'It, I was always adicted to Berik and its Kangaroo leathers. At the time I got TT, the box was so light that I doubt about the leathers were inside. As Rev'It claims on their site, the suit is really comfortable, light, has very smooth and pleasant feeling and great looking. The only cons of this model is that there is too much white color (or too much black).

SIZING INSTRUCTIONS
We highly recommend finding a cloth tape measure and taking the time to take these measurements. REV'IT! sizes will not necessarily correlate with fitment in other brands.
Chestwidth: Measure from under/top of armpit cross chest to under/top of other armpit, then across back to first armpit
Waist: Measure at the hourglass of your torso, (circumference measured at your belly button)
Hips: pelvic bone to pelvic bone, the widest part of your hips below the waist
Inseam: from crotch to big ankle bone
Outseam: from waist to big ankle bone
