Amazing Jacket

Amazing jacket for all seasons (barring the EXTREME hot and/or cold). So nice having the options to remove the liners (both the thick, down-like winter liner and the waterproof) and mix n' match based on the current weather. Easy to see how the liners zip in after a time or two swapping them. Multitude of well engineered vents allows for even more tweaking when the temps climb.

Fitment is wonderful, but typical of RevIt's European heritage. I typically wear size L t-shirts, jackets and sweats, but wear an XL in this jacket. I am 6'1", and 200 lbs (athletic). Cuffs are very large, so fitting over big gauntlet gloves should be no problem.

TONS of pockets and storage, the two fronts being waterproof. Speaking of waterproof, this jacket kept me bone dry in over an hour of hard rain last week. The waterproof liner does have a slight tendency to make me sweat somewhat, but nothing horrible. The front zipper system and drawstrings at the bottom are very well designed.

I had the chance to test out the "down-like" liner when temps got in the mid/high 40s F. I was real toasty and didn't even have to raise up my windscreen. I especially like the tall collar, which helps protect both wind and rain from running off of your helmet and down your back/chest.

The final touch is an increase in the reflective strips over my previous RevIt jacket. I also added the SAStech back pad to top it all off (the rest of the SAS tech armor in the elbows/shoulders fit nicely and is awesome protection).

You can't go wrong with this jacket when you want the best for tackling all that mother nature has to throw at you!

Disappointing

Sizing is very odd - had to take an XXL - despite being only 42 chest.

Worst thing though is the quality. After 6 months use, seams are coming apart, sonic welded trim is dropping off and elastic separating at the cuffs.

Not what you expect for £350 - I paid the extra to get better quality, but feel let down.

What A Jacket!!!!!!!!

Now I know why this jacket has such great reviews. Very well made with awesome protection and features. I wear an XL in my Alpinestars jacket(s) so I ordered an XL and it was a perfect fit. What a great looking/fitting jacket and the guys at Revzilla are the best. No more motorcycle-superstore for me. Expensive but I am glad it is in my wardrobe!

REVI'IT CAYENNE PRO JACKET

Before ordering I called for help, as I am hard to fit and always "in-between" sizes. The sales team fitted me the first try!!! Very comfortable, warm and very high quaility!!! The sas-tec adds a little weight to the jacket, but not too bad. Fits snugg but not restaining. I will see how in work in the warm weather in Arizona later this year...anxious to see how the ventilation will work.

I wear it almost every day.

I am 6'3", 250 lbs and the 3XL fits well. It's a little snug with both liners, but not so much that movement is restricted. I like the cut in that it's somewhere in between a regular and 3/4 cut. I ride a sport bike and the front bunches a little, but not enough to be irritating or uncomfortable.

Ventilates very well providing your not wearing a backpack. When all the vents are open, the jacket creates a thin, circulating layer of air throughout the jacket. Recently, we've had a few 80 degree days and this jacket does an admirable job.

I remove and install at least one of the two liners every working day and find them easy to install and remove.

I have ridden once in the pouring rain for 15 miles and was quite dry and comfortable by the time I reached my destination. It did take several hours for the shell to dry out. In future, I will try drying it without the liners and see how long it takes.

Excellent

I was tired of how uuncomfortable my Aerostitch Darien was so I tried the Cayenne. Jacket is very comfortable and well made. I would recommend it in a heart beat.

Outstanding!

First let's talk fit: Rev'It is in their own world when it comes to sizing. You just have to try it on until you get it right. Settled on a XXXL and the fit is perfect. Had my eye on the Olympia AST (in size XL) because I like the Hi Viz (lime green) color. But once I tried on the Cayenne I knew it was the one for me. Added a Carhartt traffic safety vest (about $40 at the discount work clothing store) so now I feel comfy & can be seen. Added the SAS-TEC back protector to finish the deal. My only complaint is that for what I paid I'd expect that the "real" back protector would have been included. The one that's included is a joke. Overall I'm really happy with the jacket. Pricy but I think its well worth it.

Cayenne Pro jacket

excellent jacket. Only complaint is the collar. Its hard to snap and unsnap, especially when riding. I'll get use to it, though because it is otherwise a fantastic jacket.

Quality Product

The Jacket is made of the higest quality materials of any garment I have ever seen. The zippers, are rugged, the stiching impecable, extremely lightweight for the amount of warmth it provides in cold weather. Oh, if your an American order one size larger these sizes are for the Euro crowd.

Nice Jacket but too short on me.....

The water proof inner liner does not fit over the Rev'it Cayenne Pro pants so my waist get's wet. Basically if you are longer waisted the jacket is too short.

Nice jacket though. I like the way it fits. Very snug and comfy with lots of protection.

To get around getting wet I bought some Frog Togs. This will keep the outer layer dry. The outer shell has a significant amount of Cordura nylon thus keeping it dry is a good idea. A wet outer shell will take quite a while to dry even in a hotel room and good luck trying to dry it outdoor in clammy weather.

The jacket shell will literally drip for minutes after riding in the rain.
