I ware size XL but because of your publicity I ordered a XXL and I could get in it but it looked like a girdle, so I exchanged to the largest you have an XXXL and guess what it didn't fit either it wasn't much larger and really seemed like the same size and was your largest size and think you will get young people to purchase but for use older bikers we will go else ware for comfort with armor

nice jacket overall

Really nice jacket overall. The only thing is I wish the elbow armor felt more secure and didn't move around all loose. Not sure how that would hold up in a crash. I have a 41 chest (5'10" 159lbs) and ordered and XL because I have broad shoulders and it fits perfect. Elbow armor problem might fit more snug for someone with a more average/slender build, seems like what the jacket is designed for.

I love this hot weather jacket!

The first time I wore this jacket was on a 9 hour ride from Virginia to North Carolina. It was 98~100 degrees for most of the trip. This jacket made the trip much more tolerable. I ride to work everyday and this jacket is always on me. I would recommend it to anyone who wants great protection in a great fitting light jacket.

Air Jacket - a little tighter fit than expected

The arms, waist, and neck fit are fine. I am not thrilled with the tightness across the shoulderblades. If I stand straight, no problem. But on the motorcycle I am a little hunched forward and I notice some tightness.

Great material - but not a true mesh jacket for super hot days (94+). I will be able to wear this one deeper into the fall however. Very high quality construction and appearance/visibility is good.

Great Textile Jacket

If you are looking for a mesh jacket for the summer you definitely should consider this one. Its comfortable and breathable, I've been wearing it on some of the hottest days in Philly and I've been about as cool as one could be while protected. The price is also very good when compared to similar Dainese and Alpinestars jackets. But regardless of what jacket you buy, when you are stopped you will get warm.

Appearance: I think the jacket is reasonably attractive. I'm a fan of the lack of ridiculous logos, I'm not into being a rolling advertisement. Also I was happy to find the reflective piping.

A note about fitment: if you are heavier built definitely order larger sizes. The shoulders were a little cramped and the neck and arms are at their largest adjustment for me at a larger size. The adjustably was notably better than aforementioned more expensive jackets.

REV'IT! Air Jacket Review

This jacket is very comfortable, breathable, and armor fits in the right place. If you are planning on getting back armor (the one it comes with is pretty useless) you do have to modify the armor to make it fit. I got the SAS Tec back protector and shaping it to fit the pocket is painless. Once you put the armor, the jacket tightens up and fits snugly--I think this is good. I would recommend this jacket.

NE Summers = REV'IT Air Jacket!

This is my first summer jacket, and I must say that I am impressed. Jacket is very light, and cool, yet offers great protection for you skin if you ever need it. The armor is great considering this jacket is meant to be lightweight. If you need heavy duty armor protection though, there are other more appropriate choices in the REV'IT lineup. Make sure you add the SAS-TEC back protector, as the one that comes with the jacket is very anemic.

Great summer jacket

Great jacket! Amazing airflow while still lending protection in key areas. I wore in 70 degrees with a t-shirt under and was cold. I could probably wear this in 90-100 degree weather. Very stylish, I have gotten several compliments on it. If borderline on a size, I would recommend ordering the next size up. I wear a medium to large and in this I ordered a large and it fits great. Great value also!

Great Summer Jacket at Reasonable Price

I wear a Rev-It Infinity suit during the rest of the year, but found that when the temp is over 85, it's pretty hot. So I went looking for another Rev-It product at the best retailer on the planet, Revzilla. I wanted a jacket that would deal with hot, muggy weather and give me adequate protection. I debated between the Air and the Turbine, and concluded that the difference in price did not justify the difference in value.

The Air fits and performs perfectly. I have ridden with it several times in hot weather, and it keeps me cool and able to focus. It's very comfortable, and the adjustments allow me to trim out the fit just the way I like it.

The only concern I have is that the armor is level 1 grade. I hope I never have to test it (have done so involuntarily with other clothing in the past!).

Overall another great product from Rev-It and Revzilla!

Just an Air Jacket....

Nice jacket for summer riding. It's light and the ventilation works well when riding in 90/100 degrees heat. The protection pads are mediocre. I wouldn't want to crash wearing this jacket. The Cayenne Pro Jacket provides better protection, but you'll cook when riding during a heat wave.
