Pretty Good For The Price This jacket held up in my accident at about 20 mph. Minor tearing on the jacket and I walked away unharmed. Average comfort and the Medium fit a little short for a 5'10 175 pound guy. Overall not bad for the price but I'll be looking to upgrade soon April 26, 2015
Decent for the price, but not a lot of protection... I will admit I'm not an expert on mesh jackets, or how to tell the difference between "good" and "bad" mesh qualities. But here were some of my observations once it arrived: 1) The mesh on this thing doesn't feel like it wouldn't help very much in a high speed crash. It's just a thin layer with a wind liner underneath. Running my fingernails across it I could already imagine the asphalt ripping it to shreds the moment I needed it most. I'm not sure if all mesh jackets feel this weak, but if they do it's a complete waste of time to bother with them. 2) The padding in the jacket feels decent enough, but the problem is they slide all over the place. You can position them properly behind your elbow and on your shoulder, but as soon as you move around they shift to unneeded areas. This is just sad in my opinion. I don't want to hit the ground and have my pads shift, not doing their job. 3) The jacket has a decent look and fits okay. It was definitely bigger than I expected, so order a size down. Especially to help with the loose padding. Overall I wasn't impressed by the jacket even for the price. I returned it, increased my budget and bought a perforated leather jacket to get some legitimate protection, not just a hope for it. April 8, 2015
Very enjoyable jacket I bought this for the short ride I have to my school specifically, and it's been a breeze to own. Stylish too. February 23, 2015
Great Deal Jacket is all one could want for the price. It was bought for a gift for my son-in-law. It is as well made as jackets going for double the price. It is a mesh jacket and will do well in the warm weather while providing the protection hopefully never needed. January 6, 2015
Sharp looking, lightweight, comfortable jacket I like this jacket because it is lightweight and does not shout "motorcycle jacket" when I ride to work or go into the grocery. It is thin enough to fit under my hi viz reflective vest as well, making for a good combo for riding. I wish they had put a longer velcro strip on the sleeves though as in order to get them tight enough I lose some grip of closure. I am looking into resolving this, but it is not a huge problem once I get my riding gloves on with it closed. Nice assortment of pockets, but once you zip in the liner you lose some of that access. That is my only real complaint plus I don't care much for the liner itself. It seems like just a thin poly shell which is supposed to keep out rain and maybe that's it. When it's chilly I simply add another jacket liner under this mesh jacket and it works out fine for me. This issue is minor compared to how much I love this jacket for it's looks and being so lightweight. I can easily fold this up and stow it in the seat compartment of my scooter too and this is a huge plus. I would definitely look at other Pokerun jackets based on my experience of this one. Good looking, good fit (true to size and I am hard to fit), and super value. I am a women's size 18/20 and I am in an XL jacket perfectly. October 13, 2014
Outstanding Jacket for the $ This jacket is lightweight, great looking, durable and has become my favorite mesh jacket of all time and, believe me, I have paid much more than what I paid for the Pokerun. I bought two just to have a backup in case this one gets worn out since I wear it daily. You can't miss with this jacket and it looks as cool as it feels. August 11, 2014
Excellent Jacket for the Price I've had the jacket for a few weeks, It is still hot here in Florida (88 yesterday/late November) and this seems to be the perfect warm weather riding jacket. The material seems tough - hope I don't have to test that. The removable protection pads are at elbows, shoulders, and back. I found the jacket and Pokerun mesh gloves were both smaller than expected so I had to order larger sizes that I normally wear. I have not tried out the rain liner in the jacket but it looks adequate for a light rain. All-in-all, a great buy for the price. Definitely recommended. Also received good service from Revzilla. RevZilla Store asked: Why did you choose this?
William B: Looking for hot summer riding protection. Removable rain liner for those quick forming showers. May 10, 2015
Debra B: Price, styling, color. Wanted a simple jacket to wear under hi viz vest. Sep 19, 2014
Sylvia L: Needed a real motorcycle jacket and this looked good for the price. Aug 9, 2014
Michael C: Price, reviews and style were the main reasons I picked this jacket. I will follow up once I get the jacket and use it. Apr 28, 2014
Charles M: When riding in the summer in Southeast Virginia, a leather jacket is too hot. I needed something with free airflow but providing protection in case of a spill. I've put about 5000 miles on this year wearing the jacket, and it's very comfortable in the heat. Dec 19, 2013
A shopper asked: It says that that it has pockets for a CE rated armor. Does it have a back pocket for a CE rated armor?
If so, what types of back armor would fit it?
Is it hard to replace the foam with a CE rated armor for elbows and shoulders?

I don't think that foam is enough to protect me in case of a slide but I need a mesh jacket because I will be riding in extremely hot weather. This seems like a good pick if I can easily replace all foam with CE armor (including the back).

Thank you!

Michael C: This jacket has a huge pear shaped pocket with a foam pad covering the back which measures 14 1/2 H x 12 W which can easily be replaced by CE. The jacket performs flawlessly as I have used it in the heat and humidity of NY without fail. Just make sure you keep the waterproof liner in your saddlebag. Apr 6, 2015

A shopper asked: Is this product able to protect me in a crash ? Mar 10, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Charles M: It would mainly protect your back and elbows from being all scraped up if you had the kind of crash where you end up sliding on the pavement. No jacket of any sort would protect you from a direct impact with another vehicle. The particular virtue of this jacket is that it's very comfortable in hot weather, as it lets the breeze through. It also has a light windproof liner if you don't want quite that much flow-through. Mar 10, 2014
