Awesome tire for the price! I would rate this tire as comparable to the tire that Harley uses as standard equipment. But, thru Revzilla, the Pirelli tire is half the cost! I live in Central Florida and my bike is my only transportation. So, I've had the chance to test it in the rain on several occasions, and I'm very satisfied with it's performance. I recently replaced the front tire with one from the same line and have the same experience. December 5, 2014
Nice for all seasons. I have a rear night dragon on my VTX1300C since I bought it and already had some miles on it. It still has a nice grip after some interstate ridings and everyday use on the streets. It has a nice grip when raining. December 1, 2014
This product has examplar grip Awesome product for prestige conditions, but can slide a little on wet surfaces. October 21, 2014
Great grip on the road. I really like the feel of these tires. I got front and back and the grip was great, And the first ride was a raining weekend to Reno and back for the Street Vibrations. November 16, 2014
Amazing Tire I am active duty military stationed in Italy. The roads are quite slick when it rains, almost like riding on ice. These tires grip like no other. i am on my 3rd set now and untill i come back stateside, i will not use another brand. The only downfall to these tires is the life. I ride quite a bit and the mountain roads here are quite aggressive, so i am only able to get 5000 miles out of these tires due to their soft compound. however as any true rider will say, "never put price over safety..." Fantastic I replaced stock Dunlops on my Fatboy. It was like riding a new bike. Grip and handling was fantastic. I have about 7000 miles and tires still look good. I have not ridden in the rain. August 30, 2014
Great tires for wet weather. Put these on last winter, and I ride rain or shine 50 miles a day in Oregon. They warm up quick and grip well, even when temps dip into the teens. These were magnitudes better than stock, and I no longer have any issues with any minor slipping when cornering in wet weather. Installation was a little rough, I highly recommend making sure the tires are warmed up before mounting. I installed in my garage in winter and they were not very flexible for a large cruiser wheel, even after having them in the house overnight. It's probably a lot easier to just have the shop mount them, or wait till summer. September 15, 2014
Great tires at an affordable price These tires are great. Granted I'm comparing them to the only other pair of tires I've had, which were a worn set of Metzeler ME 880 Marathon tires. They have great grip that I have gone over dirt, gravel, and some lightly wet roads and it handled great in all conditions. As proof of the grip they get nice and loudly squeaky when turning my tire on the garage floor. I also think the tires look good. While I feel the tires tracking cracks and what not, I don't have enough experience to compare to other tires (they track about the same as my old Metzelers). June 30, 2014
