Good modular
After wearing this helmet for a good 10,000km of dirt and tar riding, I like it, Well made, a little heavy but nothing huge. Good FOV . Downsides after big km dirt starts to make the modular function a little bit difficult but not major. Also the insert that is there for the N-com system fell out and makes this horrible whistling noise on your left ear, easy fix. But good helmet overall. Recomended

Heavy,, poor sight
I really loved the features and always wanted an convertable helmet. However, the extra weight isnt worth the flip up feature it offers. The sunshade feature is awsome,, Ive had that on other helmets and wont purchase a helmt without it. If i rode a touring bike, the weight probably wouldnt bother me as much, but on the sport bike, it pulls on my neck and Im sore by the end of the ride which is usually about 150 miles. Also at about 75 mph the hellmet pulls back and the sunshade starts hitting my nose, thats pretty uncomfortable. The cheek pads are lower than my other helmets so it doesnt feel like my cheeks are being squeezed,, thats nice. II honestly cant say this helmet is so awsome...but everyone is differentt and Im super picky so make your own choice.

Great bang for the Buck!
I've got an Arai XD3 and wanted to get another higher end helmet for touring on my 09 BMW Adventure. After talking to several owners of Schuberth and Nolan, I decided on the Nolan. It was hundreds less and had all of the features that I was looking for. To compare with the Arai XD3, the Nolan beats it in air flow (less torque on the neck when riding in crosswinds), visibility, and chin strap design. The Arai is about 1/3 quieter, Snell rated, just looks better, has better airflow inside the helmet. For riding trails/offroad, the Arai wins hands down. For touring I reach for the Nolan primarily due to airflow over the helmet and the flip down visor. In all other areas, I'd rate the two helmets even.

Love the integrated sunshield
This helmet is great! My favorite feature of this helmet is the integrated sun shield. As someone that wears prescription glasses, this is a great feature. No more having to use my clip-on shields or change to prescription sunglasses.
I also like the locking mechanism, although I had to get creative on how I secure my helmet to the bike since the D-ring doesn't exist (use a cable). No more excess ribbon flapping around.
The color (blue) is awesome; it's almost exactly that of my bike.
The only complaint I have about this helmet is the noise. It is definitely nosier than other modular helmets I've used, however, the additional pads do muffle the noise a bit.
I haven't installed my communication equipment yet, but I'm hoping the integrated comm equipment will make installation easier than normal. This helmet is pricier than others, but worth it. Rezvilla had the best price around.
Overall, I'm very pleased with my helmet purchase.

Best affordable modular helmet, snug & safe
Replaced Nolan 102 w/ 103. 103 is noticeable noiser than 102. The slide for the sun shade is particularly noisy and rattles. The sun shade is helpful but don't leave your sun glasses home. I use it in unexpected sun events and when riding into the sun even w/ sun glasses. I wear perscription glasses -- therefore, throw the anti-fog attachment away -- too many reflections. I get some reflection even from the clear shield. Air flow is better than the old 102.
Quality is excellent - no defects. Would recommend. The Nolan sizing chart was right on for me.

This product has some great features, but with a few drawbacks....
Overall fit and finish was great on this helmet. The sunscreen came down to an acceptable level and is very easy to actuate. Overall vision field is fine. Despite opening the ventilation ports, there was very little appreciable airflow within the helmet on a hot day. My biggest disappointment, howevere, was the level of noise, largely airflow around the hinged windshield. Despite inserting the provided pads in the recessed ear pockets, the noise makes it doubtful that I would ever be able to hear anything on the com system if I had purchased one.

Cool and high quality, but slight noisy
