fit is excellent on my DL650 adventure have not had it long enough to test durability, but, so far, it is been an excellent way to pack a small, effective weather/sun protector when on the road August 18, 2014
Good cover I have had this cover for a few weeks now and it fits great on the '13 DL650 ADV. One of the top reasons I got this cover was the UV protection. I just wish I packed up into a smaller package. July 28, 2014
Recommend I purchased this as a rain/dew cover for an upcoming week long trip. I ordered an XL for a 2012 Multistrada with top case and side cases. Goes over the top case and windshield fine. Haven't had the side cases on yet but it looks like it will cover the tops of them with me running a bungee underneath to hold in place. If it doesn't go over the cases its not a deal breaker for me, I was more interested in covering seat and cockpit area. It has some built in straps including a couple that loop over the foot pegs. It packs up small in its own bag. Don't think its heavy enough for year round use, but perfect for occasional use. July 21, 2014
good product fits my ZRX a little tight front to back, but that makes a nice taunt cover, keeps seat and instruments dry overnite, and does not take up much space when stored July 21, 2014
Easy to use Tried this past week in Hot sunny weather held up great. Had a heavy thunderstorm in the afternoon and kept the bike dry..no complaints.. July 16, 2014
This is great fro summer or for trips Great protection for the sun and rain, although the bottom part is unprotected. It comes in very handy for road trips, used when we rode to Canada last year from DC. July 10, 2014
performed great I have used this item about ten times. It didn't take must room while on trips. Unlike my full MC cover. It kept the morning dew/rain off of my seat and the passenger's. June 30, 2014
Excellent cover, strap holdowns work great, durable for wind / sun protection and compactable for the ride. I have been using the size large half cover for the past two months in San Diego. It provides about 80 percent coverage on my 2014 Harley 48, the fit up is great stay's in place. Also it folds easily with room to spare in my side bag. Excellent bike cover and fast shipping from Revzilla. June 23, 2014

AJ S: This cover was chosen because of reading a number of feedbacks on the item. I have a full cover (different brand) and it is a real PITA trying to deal with it on the road. I hope to find a way to fasten this to the tail of the bike in some sort of rolled up permanent fashion that will allow the cover to be deployed and cover the bike in a few seconds and then just as easily rolled back up and tucked away in a pouch. That way it will always be with bike and easily used whenever needed. Jul 5, 2014

SAAVA: Check out the size chart. A sport bike under 750cc is a Medium and that is what I purchased for my FZ6. While seemingly a little tight at first, it loosened up and works perfectly for me. May 14, 2012

Chris K: As a general guideline, the MD will work for 750 and under, the LG for 1250 and under and the XL for anything over 1250, but obvious each bike is different depending on shape and possible accessories. Aug 5, 2011

Carlos L asked: ?? Re: Nelson-Rigg UV-2000 Half Cover. Please indicate to me which size is best for my 1998 BMW R1200C w/side bags (panniers). May 27, 2014

William M. B: Carlos, the biggest one you can get. I have a 2011 R1200 RT with a top box. I bought the largest half-cover available. It fits, but just barely. It will cover your top box, but will only sit on the top of your panniers. Nice half-cover though! Hope that helps. William M. May 28, 2014

A shopper asked: Trying to decide on a Medium or Large for a stock 2001 Honda VFR800. The bike doesn't have any bags or panniers etc. Anyone have any advice? Sep 8, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Brian K: I purchased a large. I use it on both a K1300S (when the panniers are installed, it just covers the tops) and a TL1000R (without panniers). The TL1000R would be the closest to your application. It fits well over the front, with a little extra room in the back (side to side), but length-wise a good fit. You could probably get away with the medium, but the large isn't going to be all that bad of a fit. It would give you the option of bags if you later decide to add hard or soft bags to your bike. On both bikes, I have never had any problems with figment with respect to wind or rain. It does it's job well. I would have to mention, after about 3 years of use, the elastic straps have stretched slightly, but they still work to secure the cover to the bike. I am pleased with the cover and how compact it is vs another cover I have that packs much larger. Sep 12, 2014

Frank R: I bought an XL size and use it on my Triumph Sprint GT - it fits well. I'm able to get it over the side bags also, but not the trunk and side bags. The width is a bit tight over the bags. I think the length fits just about right. The cover has tie-down loops that go around your foot pegs to keep it from blowing off, and an adjustment strap (velcro) to tighten up the fit under the front/rear.

Not sure how much shorter a VFR is compared to the Sprint, but you should be able to find the measurements online somewhere.

A shopper asked: Nelson-Rigg UV-2000 Half Cover. What best size fits a DL650? Jun 18, 2011
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
ThatFixedIt: I have a size XL cover on a DL 650 with Jesse luggage (large square panniers), Givi V46 topcase (big one), and a tall windscreen (V-Stream). It is a tight fit, but covers everything. The foot peg straps just barely reach at max stretch. It fits more comfortably with just the top case; or with side bags but no topcase. Since I normally take the top case into the motel or tent and leave the Jesse pannier mounted, this works out well. WIth no luggage, it simply covers more of the back of the motorcycle. In all cases, the seat, tank bag, and electronics stay dry in wind and rain. I wouldn't want to try a smaller size with any topcase or side bags. Aug 8, 2011

ZepRider: A fully loaded DL650 with a 36 liter top case and 21 liter side cases requires and extra large cover. Larger luggage would mean less coverage around them but the important areas will be protected. Jun 20, 2011

A shopper asked: Just wondering which size will best fit a Suzuki Burgman 400 with windshield & driver's backrest? Jul 26, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
H Ross R: I have a large on my Vstrom DL1000. It is plenty long and goes from fender to fender. It is wide enough to cover the mirrors and "barkbuster" hand protectors. It is not however long enough to go over my Pelican Case panniers but I don't consider that a problem at all. Hope this helps. Jul 26, 2014
