Size Guidelines:

  • Medium fits: 125-600cc Standards without windshield or accessories, and Sport Bikes
  • Large fits: 250-600cc Standards with windshield and accessories, and larger Sport Bikes
  • X-Large fits: 650-1100cc Standards and Touring Bikes with windshields and accessories
  • XX-Large fits: 1200-1500cc Standards and Touring bikes with windshield and accessories

Great cover for a Ninja 300 This cover fits my Ninja 300 perfectly. It's light and keeps the sun off (I'm in Arizona). Kudos for the stuff sack. I pack the cover to/from work in my backpack and the sack makes this really easy. For 30 something bucks this cover is a great deal. May 20, 2013
Great cover I have a 2007 Suzuki SV1000s and I got the Large size. Fits perfectly with just a little of the tires showing. Enough clearance to cover the brake discs. Tight fit, nice straps for longer stints under cover. Decent price. Good buy. May 12, 2013
Very good cover for the buck I purchased this cover for my Ducati. The weather is on average 90°F. I purchased an extra large so I could hide even the rims- and the elastic fits over very snuggly and the tiedown strap also works well. We will see if it really hides UV rays and also the wind and rain. I especially like the carrycase as it does fit very compactly so you can bring it on the road with you. Not bad. May 6, 2013
Great price, style & function I've been meaning to get a cover for my Honda Valkyrie. Even though it is kept inside, I wanted to cover it and minimize dust & cleaning time. The reviews & size guide were spot on. I have bags & a windshield & the XXL fits this Fat Lady just fine. For this price point a better cover may be hard to come by but the great service from Revzilla may be even harder to find. May 1, 2013

Nelson Rigg Deluxe All Season Cover - great fit for my '01 FZ1 I keep my bike in a non/heated one car garage for the winter. I needed a cover just to keep the dust and other general debris and dirt off my bike for the winter. This cover fits the bill perfectly. It has 2-3 tie downs also that help in securing it on the bike if you are keeping your baby covered outside or in a carport or something. Fits my bike like it was custom made for it. I has an all weather outdpor cover for my last bike ('03 ZREX) and this cover is definatly thinner but like 1/4 the price. This is a great cover for a reasonable price,. Rick in NJ February 27, 2013
Good Protection The medium fits my Ninja 300. It has large plastic grommets and bungee hooks attached to keep the cover snug. There is elastic along the entire bottom skirt. It has the cloth insert for the windshield and two mesh ventilation sections. It has the heat shields on the bottom section. The included storage bag is a plus. This is used for once in a while driveway storage. The bike is usually kept in the garage. February 25, 2013
Roomy cover for a big bike I ordered an XXL to be used an a Super Tenere 1200. XXL turned out to be perfect for my particular application since XXL provides enough room for a tall 26" screen, paniers and items on the rear rack to be completely covered as well as the wheels. This cover feels pretty sturdy. Nice soft material is at the screen area to prevent scratching. Of course if your screen is filthy it may not help, so keep it clean. The cover also features 2 meshed air vents by the handle bars. So between that, and the bottom of the bike I believe there is enough air flow there to keep circulation going. Revzilla experience continues to be awesome. Ordered it and had it by the door within 2 days. February 25, 2013

Answer: 
Due to the fact that the Nelson Rigg Deluxe All Season Cover will not be proportionally sized for a Vespa GTS 300, we would recommend the Dowco Guardian Scooter Cover in a size XL instead.

I would say that the large is the safest bet, just because the Katana is a pretty bulky bike (not a bad thing). The medium could work, but I know the large would.
