For super responsive brakes This brake fluid is great and DOT 3, DOT 4 compatible. Just make sure to not use it with a brake system that uses DOT 5 or it will ruin your brake system. Yes, "DOT 5" is NOT the same thing as "DOT 5.1". I flushed both my front and rear brake and then bled them with this product and now my brakes are ULTRA responsive. This fluid can take the heat so if you use your brakes a lot (ie: mountain downhill) then you will be able to count on them since they should be able to take much more heat compared to DOT 3 or DOT 4 before they fail you. The container is just enough to do both front and rear brake (at least on my KLR 650) with a bit left over. BTW, this comes in a sealed metal container, you should never buy brake fluid in a plastic container since it will absorb moisture thru the plastic and result in a less responsive brake system.
