best axel tool If your're reading this just get it. If you wrench dirt bikes this should be in your tool box. It has 3/8 in drive on both sides, it fits 4 of the most common axel sizes and is heavy duty. For reference it fits my DRZ400SM front axle perfectly. July 20, 2015
Perfect tool! I can't find any issues with this tool, it will fit most bikes with not issues and the quality is great! June 29, 2015
Strong sturdy tool Allowed me to change my rotors and get back to riding, a little on heavy side but can feel the durability and quality of the product March 23, 2015
Great tool. Bought this just in case I had to take off my front tire. Durable construction. I test fit this to my Gixx, fits is spot on. January 8, 2015
it works This is a fairly straightforward tool that is much cheaper than a regular hex head wrench in just one of the four sizes this tool works on. If you need to remove the front wheel on many Japanese bikes, this tool is indispensable. July 24, 2014
This is a must have for your tool kit. Look, I know you can make an axle tool from nuts and bolts etc, but why waste your time? You'd expect to pay about the same for a set a sockets of lesser quality, so pop the few bucks and put this in your tool kit. It's a well forged piece of equipment, much as you'd expect from Motion Pro. I ordered it with my front tire and did the swap in my driveway without opening the garage door for extra tools. (until I had to get the air hose from my compressor to set the new tire on the bead. Haven't sorted that bit out yet.) It's handy, looks cool and when you help a friend on the side of the road, you'll be extra glad you bought it. April 7, 2014

Richard O asked: Do the individual sizes come apart (unsrew) or is this tool constructed as one continuous piece? Jan 16, 2014

BRUCE N: its one solid piece, the inner size did clear my front axle on my 07 zx6r though so its not a problem, i ordered 2 but i actually only needed one because one side of the front axle is locked in place by hex bolts so only one tool is needed for the zx6r Jan 20, 2014

Mark B: Its one continuous piece; it doesn't separate. My bike uses the 24mm hex for the front axle - it doesn't go all the way in, but it gets deep enough in there to seat/grip properly to use the torque wrench without worrying about it slipping. Jan 16, 2014

Richard O: Thanks Mark. That was my concern hence my question whether this thing came apart and you could use only the size needed. I'm a 22 MM and I did go home last night to confirm that the diameter of the axle itself was large enough to accomodate the 17MM hex in front of the piece I wanted to use. Jan 17, 2014
travis w: This tool is constructed as one piece and can not be separated. Its a good tool to have because of the multiple sizes it has. Jan 24, 2014
