Good gloves for the money. Fit just right and true to size, very comfortable and would buy again. August 25, 2014
Excellent purchase I am happy i decided to go with these. Great for me and what i wanted. August 25, 2014
Florida Rider I purchased these gloves to ride around town, and they've turned into my go to glove for all my rides. They provide a good amount of protection, while still allowing you to maintain a feel for the controls. The airflow is also awesome, and my hands rarely sweat in the Florida heat. A added plus is how quick they'll dry if you're ever caught in the rain. August 19, 2014
Good bang for your buck! Excellent glove for not so much money. Great summer riding glove that won't break the bank! Fit exactly as the chart said it would. August 18, 2014
ICON Twenty Niner Gloves These gloves fit perfectly and are well worth the price when compared to other gloves. The only issue I have had is that the velcro on the wrist strap came off on the second time I wore them. I was able to fix this with some super glue and we are back in business. August 18, 2014
Started falling apart almost immediately The wrist strap came unglued from the velcro underneath after my fourth short ride with the gloves. Literally the fourth time I pulled on it to take the gloves off it completely came apart. These aren't the most expensive gloves out there, but that's just ridiculous. Air flow is excellent, but the molded plastic just below the knuckles is a bit uncomfortable after having hands on the grips for more than 30 minutes. I can't recommend these gloves, and will be looking for replacements that might make it past the first tank of gas. August 11, 2014
Comfortable gloves The gloves fit great. They are comfortable and look good. The airflow is good and so is the protection. The only challenge is getting the gloves off when the velcro keeps closing. Other than that it a great pair of gloves! August 11, 2014
Great cheap summer glove Great summer glove that has a great price. There is not alot of protection but there is some padding. The goatskin palm really great and will protect your palms if (god forbid) you go down August 11, 2014

Ayinde R: I were a medium (6'1" 188lbs) great air flow and fit, I still currently wear them even though the mesh badly is frayed (which is a problem with these gloves) and the color is faded (was deep red). Wish I had the hard knuckle protection as I would feel more comfortable. In hot weather 85+ these work well to keep you cool. wore them on my gs500, vn750 and now vtx1300, but feel I need better protection for the 1300 and on sub 70 degree weather hands get a bit chilly on the 1300 with these. Jun 23, 2014
Brandon M: I picked this glove because it will be my first glove. I don't want to spend a ton of money but I also don't want something that will just fall apart and be un-protective. All I want out of this glove is a little protection since I'll be at motorcycle training, after that I'll be getting better gloves that will offer more protection for freeway riding. Jun 21, 2014
Scott D: Price but they are awesome gloves. Jun 19, 2014

Nate S: Price. Apr 16, 2014
Mohammed M: Good gloves. I was wearing these when I wiped-out at about 25 mph. These gloves took all the beating and protected my palms and my hand from the road. I had to get another pair of gloves as these ended with huge holes. wearing these gloves is better than not wearing any gloves and this pair is well worth the price. Apr 16, 2014

A shopper asked: Aren't these called the Twenty Niners because they're supposed to cost $29? Even the review video says $29. What's up with the $35 price tag? May 30, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (1) No (0)
FlynnLives89: They used to only cost $29, but Icon raised the price a year or two ago due to an increase in manufacturing costs. My local shops as well as every online store I've seen sells them for $35 now. Jun 1, 2013

A shopper asked: Just wondering if these gloves tend to stretch out? - I'm in between large and XL so this might help me mark the call. Aug 12, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Michael W: Yes, they stretch. You will need to break them in a bit when you first get them. They don't stretch so much that you need a size smaller. They are a nice pair of gloves...I use them daily. Hope that helps! Aug 13, 2013

John M: Actually, any leather product will tend to stretch out over time. It turns out that the Large Twenty-Niners fit me pretty perfectly so they've never had to stretch on my hands. I have three pairs and my oldest pair (3-years) fits like new. I hope this helps. Aug 13, 2013

james c: I 'm on my second pair, and neither pair stretched. I gave the first pair to someone that didn't have gloves on a cold ride and he loved them . We both are still wearing them and they have not stretched. Aug 13, 2013

Carlos H: Hi! I've been using mine for almost a year and they stretched out very little. I always go for one extra size when buying gloves - you can use them without problems, but you can't use tight gloves. Aug 13, 2013

Jerry C: Hello.

I'd say while the 29ers have broken-in to be very comfortable, they have not really stretched out to be loose or too large.

Hope this helps.

Lance H: They seemed to stay about the same to me. With the amount of protection, I wouldn't expect these gloves to stretch out much. Aug 13, 2013

David M: These gloves are great. Don't expect any stretching due to wear. Very true to size. I wear XL and still fit snug Aug 13, 2013

Clint G: Mine have remained the same size over the years. Recommend you go with the XL. Aug 13, 2013

A S asked: My hands are 3" across, which is exactly 1/4" away from both the small and medium sizes. I have fairly short, somewhat wide fingers. I wouldn't mind squeezing into the smaller ones, but would my fingers be too wide/long? If I got the medium ones, would my fingers not be long enough, resulting in a little bit of glove hanging off the end of my fingers?
Which one should I get?
Nov 26, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Eddie J: I suggest the small size. I also have small hands, measured 3in across with fingers together, and short length fingers. These gloves will stretch just a bit under prolonged use. I like my gloves to fit a little on the snug side for better tactile feel and the Icon 29ers provide that. A great warm weather glove. Nov 26, 2013

Carson K: I find the icon gloves run true to size. Jan 4, 2014

Dustin A asked: Just got my 29er gloves in and they look awesome! One problem though, but wanting to make sure it is actually a "problem". When I put these gloves on my knuckles slide forward in front of the gelatin pad inside the glove, and end up right on the seam between the glove and that pad (on the inside). My question is if I were to return these for one size smaller, would my knuckles be right below where the pad is? Are my knuckles supposed to be centered on this pad inside? I bought an XL, but feeling that seem on my knuckles is a bit uncomfortable. Do not want to replace with a Large and they end up being too small for my hands though. The XL fits almost perfect, except for where my knuckles sit with a closed palm. Please help, thanks!! Apr 19, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Tito C: If they fit perfect, return them. You want to purchase a pair that is slightly tighter than you like. After 15-20 days of sweating in them they will stretch and then you will have the perfect pair. The ones you have now will stretch and become even more uncomfortable. Apr 25, 2014
