Great comfortable boot right out of the box. Could walk miles in them! The only issue with this boot is that it is very difficult to get on and off. But, if you convert the laces to speed laces, it is maybe the best boot in the world! They are available from many sources. I purchased mine from MC Sports for about $6.00. May 13, 2013
Good solid work-style boot with ratchet cinch down. The ratchet over the instep takes a few rides to adjust to their perfect setting, but then you're golden. I also replaced the laces with more traditional work style boot laces, then double loop tie to rest beneath the cinch. Once broken in, and mine took a year, the barely noticeable hot spot under the ratchet lockdown disappeared. They really did take a year to break in nice and supple. And they are very comfy right out of the box. The appeal here I think is they're not nearly as wide and clunky as the Patrol boots without sacrificing the stiffness and bomber feel you get when riding, while being comfy and light enough to wear all day long if necessary. Tfhis is one comfortable boot and good looking to..... I wear these boots even when I am not riding my bike. They are comfortable, good looking, provide protection and have only one flaw but I keep buying them. The concealed eyelets are made of nylon and the shoelaces eventually cut through them, especially the top ones. I have had them repaired numerous times and keep wearing them. I really like these boots, if only they could do concealed regular eyelets that wouldn't rip out... July 9, 2012
Good looking boot If you want a shoe that will protect you if you come off your bike but also look like a regular boot, this is the shoe for you. Mine are in the brown color and are honestly just a handsome shoe. The clasp over the laces adds security to the boot as do the reinforced ankle guards. They are incredibly easy to wear and are the kind of boot you can ride somewhere and feel comfortable in all day. Overall, they are an incognito motorcycle boot that will allow you flexibility in how and where you wear them. May 14, 2012
Poor construction, not very durable I've had these boots for a little less than a month and they are already coming apart at the heel. Would not recommend. April 16, 2012
Pretty Good Boot So far this has been a pretty good boot for the price. Comfortable on and off the bike. Will see how it does in the hot weather. I would have rated it higher had it been waterproof. Free shipping is great, but UPS takes quite some time to go across the country to my home. April 9, 2012
protected and still looking good I bought these after a losing a boot and injuring my foot and ankle in an accident not far from home. I wanted something that protected me on a casual ride to the BBQ, but still could be worn under my jeans once I got there. This boot fits the bill and more. It fit right out of the box and required very little breaking in before it was comfortable for casual wear between legs of a ride. Good protection and still has style to it. The only thing that steals one star for me is the buckle strap can trouble the top of my foot, but I have high arches and bony feet, so take that for what it's worth. I would buy it again September 9, 2011
Great boots! They fit very well and are very nice looking boots! Just what I needed but if I had to complain about anything at all about the boot, it would be that the heel is a little short compared to my last boot which was perfect for my feet to plant flat on the ground when I stop. Other than that, they are awesome boots. June 27, 2011
