I ride in wet/dry, cold/hot....I will never buy another helmet that does not have a pin lock face shield...

Excellent Product
This is the best anti-fog device on the market. A little bit of a pain to install but once it's in you will never have to worry about fog or cracking your visor to let the cold air in again. Vision is excellent though I haven't tested it at night yet.

Great fog resistance
Really great helmet addition for those riding in cold weather. Doesn't fog up at all.

It Works!!
Absolutely No Fogging. I should have ordered one of these years ago. No more having to flip up your visor at every red light. I have tried several spray on antifog products, but they either didn't work or only lasted a short period of time.
The Pinlock Lens is a must for winter time.

Used in cold and rain. Product worked as advertised.
The product worked just as the description said it would. Easy to install and no issues so far.

the pinlock lens is easy to install and does its intended job well. there's a very slight loss of visibility but that probably has mostly to do with not cleaning the shield and lens perfectly before installing.....

Does this product include Pinlock pins so that the lens can be installed by drilling holes in HJ-09 shields that are not Pinlock ready?

Answer:
The HJC HJ-09 Pinlock Lens is the lens only, it does not come with pins. The Pins are attached to the face shield. We would not recommend drilling holes your shield (not at all. Not even a little bit) as it will compromise the integrity of the product.9 months ago
