Ok gloves
These gloves run small. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. I read the reviews and then contacted a customer service Rep. who said they were sized to fit over your gloves, they are not. I were a X large and I ordered an X large and it fits my hand just about right with out a riding glove under it. My advice, order one size larger than you normally wear! Now I have to reorder again and I am tired of doing that!

Would be good... If the sizing were better.
These overgloves work as advertised. They keep the water out 100%.
The problem is with sizing. I wear size L gloves, so I ordered an XL overglove, and they barely fit. I can only wear them for about 20 minutes at a time before my hands are in pain because it fits so tightly. I have an armored pair of gloves. They're not overly bulky or anything. They're about standard for a pair of motorcycle gloves. You'd think that Firstgear would take this into account and make them extra wide around the knuckles, and just generally build them wider for motorcycle gloves.
I expect that an overglove should fit large enough so that I can order the same size as the glove I wear. But, I ordered a size larger than I wear and they are still too tight. That is simply unacceptable.
I would recommend this product... But with reservations. It does work, but they need to work on their sizing.

Bottom line, function over form. No bells and whistles, but dry hands. Yes, they are rubber gloves, and those of your from the military may kick yourself for not having thought and marketing the idea of your MOPP (chemical protective) gloves as moto gloves! These are not going to win any beauty awards, but they WILL fit over your expensive riding gloves and keep them and your hands dry. High enough to gauntlet your rain suit sleeves, and even a bit of textured area on the fingertips and palm (More like dishwashing gloves than your old MOPP suit paws). Best of all they come in the full color spectrum...at once that is, ie BLACK! (somebody get me a 6th grader, that's correct right? Black is the entire color spectrum absorbed?). Easily packed for unexpected downpours, and absolutely waterproof enough for the all day drizzle-fest. Protection comes from your gloves underneith, so don't buy these expecting kevlar knuckles etc. I recommend these

Good choice for simplicity...
I like these! Size large fit perfectly over size large summer weight gloves. They slip on very smoothly, not even the hint of a struggle. They take up no space. And no one thinks you borrowed them from "Madge" because they are not bright green or yellow!

OK for the price
These gloves keep hands completely dry, but the fit is not the best. After a while, they were too tight over my primary gloves, so I had to use with a older/more worn pair of Joe Rocket gloves. I pulled them up as far on my hands as I could but they slip down a bit off of the fingers. I had to make sure my finger hit my cruise control buttons and not the empty tip of the glove. I did like that they were kind of like a gauntlet and covered the cuff of my rain suit. They offer no warmth protection so these are only good for warmer weather. They do what they need to for the price.

Excellent product. Functional.
These gloves are exactly as advertised. Completely waterproof cover over your regular gloves. The XL fit over my XL gloves, albeit reasonable tight. I will have more feedback after my ride in Alaska.
