Comfortable, protective and well-made I purchased the Dainese perforated leather pants to wear in warm weather with my Dainese Air-Frame Textile jacket and Dainese Torque Pro In boots. The pants zip to the jacket and the legs fit smoothly over the boots. However, there is no velcro loop patch on the inside the pant leg to mate with the velcro hook patch on the top of the boots. I'm 5'9", 160 lbs with a slim build. I wear a size 50 euro in a one-piece suit so I ordered the pants in a size 50. The fit is perfect except that the legs are slightly baggy in the thigh area. The leather appears to be excellent quality and is very supple and comfortable. The perforation in the front thigh area flows air reasonably well at higher speeds but not nearly as well as the mesh jacket. With my riding style, the knee sliders contact the road on the lower third of the slider surface rather than uniformly across the face of the slider as on my Alpinestars Tech 1-R suit. SF perforated - Great pants! The D-skin perforated leather is amazingly supple and comfortable from the 1st time you put them on. They were more comfortable than the well worn jeans I took off to try them on, even with the full armor. The perforated leather was comfortable and not hot at all thru an 80-85 degree track day. The stretch panels allow for a great fit to accommodate a range of thigh sizes. I also ordered a pair of Dainese leather knee patches to replace the pucks (had to order from Europe because they aren't available in US for some silly reason) so I can wear the pants for street rides without looking to much like Joe Trackday. After 4 full days riding in them I am very happy with everything about these pants. A bit pricey, but they are everything and more I hoped for from Dianese. They are a great match for the Avro jacket. I only wish the Avro was available in perforated D-skin. June 29, 2012
Great Product Great product, tried on the same size pants in store before ordering and they fitted perfectly, size of actual pants is tighter around the waist than the ones i tried still are great product and value. March 29, 2010
Great pants Very nice pants, comfortable, not hot (it is still warm in Australia), look good too. My size was between 54 and 52 according to Dainese chart, I took 52 for better fit and have no regrets. March 29, 2010

SIZING INSTRUCTIONS

We highly recommend finding a cloth tape measure and taking the time to take these measurements. Dainese sizes will not necessarily correlate with fitment in other brands.

  • Chestwidth: Measure from under/top of armpit cross chest to under/top of other armpit, then across back to first armpit
  • Waist: Measure at the hourglass of your torso, (circumference measured at your belly button)
  • Hips: pelvic bone to pelvic bone, the widest part of your hips below the waist
  • Inseam: from crotch to big ankle bone
  • Outseam: from waist to big ankle bone
  • Gloves: Using a flexible measuring tape, measure around your hand, behind the knuckles, not including the thumb.
