Dainese Full Metal Racer Gloves

Title is accurate.

My hand measueres 9.5" from pinky finger to thumb when stretching my hand. the glove is snug and I have not had a chance to ride in them but it feels tight. I know that it will stretch and I tried the XXL glove on and it would have been too large.
Protection seems to be very well placed with all the impact areas covered appropriately. I do wish that the gauntlet was a little more stiff. Leather and construction of glove is fantastic.

I tried the rest, IMO these are the best.

BEST fitting as well as most protective gloves of this genre I’ve ever owned. I have LARGE hands; but my fingers are not overly ‘long’. The glove fits comfortably around my “hand” yet there is little to no excess leather extending beyond the tips of any of my fingers. There isn’t a vulnerable bone or area in the hand or wrist that this glove fails to comfortably and effectively protect. Although lacking the common PU injected wrist panels and their emboised advertising as many of the competitors; a cursory look at ones forearm and the protection already afforded by their leather jacket’s body-armor vindicates its absence on the Dainese’s. This lack of stylized and possibly superfluous body armor allows the Dainese gauntlet to be easily and comfortably worn UNDER the zippered wrist of one’s jacket if one chooses.

great glove, way better than a-star gp tech

great glove. solid protection balanced with comfort. it's not as comfortable as a glove w/o all the protection of titanium and plastic, but it's way better than comparable gloves. i bought and immediately returned the astar gp tech gloves, which were hands-down the most painful i've ever worn (though clearly b/c of all the protective armor on them). i gave it four stars, taking away one star b/c i can see how these gloves could be made to be more comfortable if the protection on the back of the hand were more flexible or curved, and if there were a bit (but not much) more wrist and side-hand protection. but i gave it four stars b/c it seems to be the best in its class.

Very good quality, but you need to wear it at least 3 times in order to have it confortable.

Get Alpinestars GP Tech instead.

yes, rossi and lorenzo use these. But are these worth $330? Get Alpinestars GP Tech instead. A'stars GP tech offer much better protection around your wrist and are way more comfortable (although not as fashionable). These Dainese offer great protection around your knuckes and stuff but there is only one layer of leather with nothing inside therefore keep your hands very very cold.
