Looks cool, feels cool
This is my first mesh jacket. When I started riding again last summer I soon realized that riding on a hot day with a heavy textile jacket is a shortcut to suffering and insanity.
I've yet to wear this on the road since it's now so cool out, but I've no doubt that next summer when I do this will keep me from flinging clothes off in an overheated panic whenever I pull into a gas station. Wearing it with a t-shirt under it feels as cool and comfortable as just the t-shirt itself.

it fits great
Excellent jacket for hot summers. Well made and as cool as can be expected in 90-105 degree heat. Only negative for me was no back protector. One other word of caution is that I have found that Italian clothing fits smaller than American sizes so I purchased an XL instead of a L and the fit was perfect for me.

good jacket
This is definitely Dainese's lower end. The armor isn't as nice as others I've bought. It does however still make me feel protected and flows a lot more air than others. I'm in a really warm climate and this makes riding so much more enjoyable!

Great protection, maximum air flow
This is a ONE season jacket only. I've only have had limited time in the jacket, but I can say that a cool morning in this jacket had me grabbing my rain overcoat in order to cut the cool morning air. But once the heat turns up, it is as if all you have on is a T-shirt!
The cut is Italian so it will be slim fitting. Be sure to review the sizing guide carefully.
Great design and many positive comments on its appearance. Great jacket for summer wearing!

Awesome Hot Weather Jacket!
I bought this jacket for the simple fact that it provides great protection and it's very suitable for hot weather riding. I've seen riders wear nothing but t-shirts when riding in 90 plus degree weather with no protection. This jacket will give that feeling of wearing a t-shirt but offers great protection and very comfortable!

Stylish with excellent ventilation
I was really excited to receive my first meshed jacket and I must say that I was definitely impressed. The fit was a little snug, but not too bad. I'm 5'9" and weigh 170 and I picked a size 50. I thought I'd probably be better of with a size 52, but I decided to keep it anyways. This thing is amazing for the summer time weather and the protection is of high quality. The thing I appreciate most about this jacket was the ventilation as it keeps me extremely cool in 80-100 degree weather. However I would not recommend wearing this during the late fall or winter as it gets extremely cold. I tried wearing this jacket during the evening in May (S.California) and it was unbearable. I had to get off the freeway and drive local cause it was so cold. The only con I have is that the back plate is expensive ($89) compared to Alpine Star ($29). Other than that I would highly recommend it.

Probably the best summer jacket
This is a great summer jacket, in fact probably the best that I have found for warm weather riding. It does have a couple of draw backs, but they are small. First, is the price - it is expensive for what it is, no two ways about it. Does that mean i would buy something different? Nope. Second the ventilation is great from the front and back, but not the sides and under arms so if you are at a stand still or walking to or from your bike, you are going to sweat in those areas. Again, I don't know that there is a better alternative, but ventilation under the arm pits seems like a must to me in 105 degrees and this does not have it. The result is that it flows air while you are moving, but at a stand still you notice 'hot spots' (i.e. the non ventilated areas really stand out).
All in all, a great product, certainly probably the best summer jacket I have found. Oh, and it looks great too.

Great air flow !
I'm 5'6" 153lbs. 32"w. size 48 fits perfect.I like the slim design. No wind flap with sleves or shoulders. My snug fitting thermal bicycle jacket fits underneath for cool weather. Also got the Huge Air gloves. Like the other reviews say, get the next size up. I wear a med. in Dianese leather gloves, but large in the Huge Air fit perfect. Also got the Wave G 1 back protector and the Windstopper Shirt. Happy with everything
