I selected average for comfort and durability because the shoulder pads do not inspire confidence and is on the heavier side. I selected average for style because it's a fine looking black 3/4 length but the shoulders kind of point up and out when you're riding due to the fact that you can zipper off the sleeves (which is a nice to have feature, I guess).
Other than that, the jacket is an insane value.

Jacket is a great fit, well put together and very versatile. I ride in hot weather 105dg. and the jacket breaths well. It was shipped to me with a broken mouth piece for the camel back that can be removed from the jacket. Customer service had an intire backpack assembly for the jacket shipped to me at no cost. These people are awsume.NO HASSEL AT ALL

I have to agree to a degree. With the liner installed I find the arms to be "just right" for me. I have no idea how anyone could use the snaps to make it any tighter. However, for riding, it's perfect for me. I have a couple competitors brand jackets and this jacket is now my favorite.... I'm looking forward to removing the liner when it gets past 50 degrees here.

The jacket is well made, although I do not see a point in removable sleeves. The cooling vents are well thought out and sufficient to keep cool at temps over 35deg C. Since i ride mainly in Dubai, I have not had a chance to test the waterproofing. This will get tested when I ride in to the Himalayas later this year.

SAS-Tec (bought at Revzilla) can be trimmed with an Xacto knife to fit. Just use the the foam pad that came with jacket as a template. Cutting SAS-Tec back protector does not compromise its safety (level 2 CE rated I beliwve). I have done this to all my Revit, Vanson and J. Rocket jackets. The SAS-Tec is super comfortable and drastically improves the safety of your jacket. While I also wear a standalone Forcefield Pro Sub 4, I think the SAS-Tec is by far the best option for adding back crash protection to a jacket - with trimming, it will fit any pocket.
