Stretchy? Yep. Net-like? Yep.
It is a fully-functioning net that stretches pretty far. You probably can't catch a fish with it but it will keep a helmet sized thing secured to your bike.
Things you could secure to your bike with this net include:
: A helmet (did it; it's big enough)
: A backpack (you betcha)
: A cake (in a box)
: A sixer (cans)
: A medium sized bowling trophy (rec league; not pro)
Things you probably can't:
: A child (dangerous)
: A handful of marbles (too small for holes)
: Water (will just run away)
: Another motorcycle (size/load)

Great product
This product is great. Can hold down my back pack so I don't have to ride all day with it and can hold an extra helmet as well.

It plain works!
A great, simple, affordable product. Works perfectly to strap over my dry bag for extra insurance, and to hold wet items when I need them to dry throughout the day. Also occasionally hauls a half rack of beer rather exceptionally.

Won't Leave Home Without One
Being a long time rider these nets have proven themselves over decades. From taking an extra helmet to bringing home a ham they're indispensable. It's either on the bike or in the bag at all times. Simple product, effective solution.

Inexpensive and useful net? Why yes!
My bike doesn't have any sort of luggage attachments, so this net is very useful! I have used it once to tote some vintage clothing around. I do need to mention it doesn't look half bad just hanging out on the back too. Going camping soon and will make more use of it then.

Great extra pair of hands
I ride with small saddle bags which are great for carrying everyday things but this is excellent for that thing that might just be a little to big for the bags. Its like an extra pair of hands for securing what ever you need to your bike.

Gets the basic job done
It's a basic small cargo net. It does it's job well. The hooks each have a small white rubber cap to help protect your paint/chrome but they fall off very easily. I've lost 4 already.
