Removed it from package and plugged the bike in and let it work. I no longer worry about a dead battery in the morning up here in the cold north east.

Excellent battery tender! Easy hook-up. I connected prior to leaving for 8-days to ensure my battery remained strong while I was away. Battery tender operated as stated.

2 for ATVs
I bought two of these units for my ATVs and hooked up the quick connect. ATVs are not used from October through about April and chargers work in northern Michigan with winters of down to 20 below zero. Come April both start without a problem. Going on 7 years and still working flawlessly. A great product!

Works as Advertised
Purchased for my Aprilia SL1000 Falco. First winter I've had the bike and didn't realize bikes with EFI drain the battery pretty quick when not in use. After 5+ weeks without starting it, I tried to go for a ride when we got some good weather but the Ape wouldn't start. Ordered the battery tender, hooked it up in about 15 minutes, and left it overnight. The next morning, my Falco started right up as expected. I don't leave it plugged in all the time, but I plug it in every few days that I'm not riding it just to be sure, and I haven't been left with a low-charge battery again. Works excellently.

Colin S: I anticipate there will be a few long periods during the winter where I won't be able to ride my bike. I want to make sure my Tiger is charged up and ready to go when I'm ready. This will keep the battery healthy and hopefully eliminate any surprises.Oct 19, 2013
Walt T: can't say enough about the peace of mind that this product gives you on those cold winter nights where you know the charger's hooked up and keeping the battery fresh for your next ride...I ride year round and these chargers flat work great...cheap investment to get the full life of your battery...buy one, you won't go wrong!Sep 21, 2013
mark t asked:can i use this on my 2013 daytona 675 battery?Oct 15, 2013
joseph k mccammon v:Mark t Yes it will work. I use this tender on all my 12volt battery's AGM and lead acid (motorcycles, Grove crane, trucks, cars) just plug it in and let it go to work. Connect it directly to the battery and it will not interfere with a CAN-bus electric system. The battery's never get hot unless they have bad cells. Motorcycle battery's take about 12 hours to charge and truck/crane battery's 24 hours on average. I do not use it for Lithium iron phosphate battery's.Oct 16, 2013
Arturo R:Shouldn't be a problem since most if not all systems run 12v batteries. Best bet is to use the pig tail connection as it makes life easy. The pig tail on my bike (2012 Ducati 848) was already set up by my dealership so I didn't even need to use the one provided in the kit. Hope this helps.Oct 16, 2013
iyu c:i believe yes, the only one model you needto watch out is the one model they make it for BMWs. otherwise it is working for every bike. i have two the same. one for my seven bikes, hondas, yamaha and suzukis. one evrn for my mercedes deep cycle battery.Oct 15, 2013
