Great product for the price
Warm and long socks for winter riding under my road boots. Good fit and a quality product for the money. I would buy them again.

A must have.
First the socks arrived the day after I ordered them, amazing. These things are comfortable beyond belief to the point that they have a hinge like swatch of cloth on the inside of the ankle so there is less bunch up. I have large calves and was worried going to the knee they would be too snug. They're not.

Worth the $20!
I'm a cold toes/fingers type and decided on these Alpinestars after researching thoroughly on Revzilla. They fit true to size and my toes have yet to feel cold on my morning rides in Northern California (40 minute commute, lowest temp 30 degrees so far). I love the over-the-calf support, so no sagging and my feet stay comfortable but not what I would call toasty. I've worn these with my Hi-Tec over the ankle street shoes as well as a new pair of Alpinestars CR-4 Gore-Tex XCR Boot (also from Revzilla) and they kept my feet comfy in both. No regrets.

Perfect fit and perfect warmth
They work, they run true to the size chart. They look good but who sees socks? If winter wasn't getting ready to wind down I'd buy another pair to have more. My feet do not sweat in them at all that I can detect. Nice and dry.

Makes Cold Weather Riding More Enjoyable
There's not a whole lot to say about these socks. They provide two things for me: 1) keep my shin, feet, and toes warmer than normal socks and 2) help to make my boots fit more snug. On cold days I also wear these socks when I'm not riding just because they do a much better job keeping the cold out.

Not too thick
Feels just like my midweight wool hiking socks, except a bit lighter.

Perfect fit and very comfy
I bought the LG-XL version and they fit perfectly just below the knee. I am 6'1" got a shoe size of 10 to 10.5 and my lower leg measured from knee to ankle is around 16 inches or 42 cm.
They are very comfortable and make wearing boots with tucked in pants feel quite alright. The coldest it has been outside so far was 50°F (10°C) and my feet felt ok. Even in hot weather it wasn't too bad and took me hours to start sweating.
All in all it is a good product, but a little on the expensive side. If you got money to spare do it on those and I would recommend anyone to get at least one good pair of knee high socks.
