This particular undersuit looks and feels great out of the box. Material is remarkably smooth and confortable. Fit was good for me to: I am tall and lanky at 6'1" 170lbs and the large was perfect. The stretchable fabric makes the fit forgiving, though if you have large arms or legs, this product may not be right for you. My only concern about the durability and cost-effectiveness. I don't believe this will hold up in too many washings - make sure you win a few races with this thing on to make up for the cost, especially if you tear up the outside of your leathers often with falls!

This undersuit is a must have. It makes getting in and out of my suit a breeze and keep me cool (er) in 90 degrees weather.

Revzilla recommended my size, i'm 5' 9 1/2" Slim, 33" waist, 38" chest, 31" Inside leg and I bought a M. I would say it was perfect, snug, not tight and easy to move around in. I can't wait to try it under my new leathers. (which I am still waiting for, from another store!!) Wish I had ordered some others now from Revzilla!!

At 70"/175lb the XL fits me a bit looser than snug in some spots, but the vented area at the inner elbow seem to line up correctly. Makes a day in the suit much more bearable. Good product!

I've worn 1-piece leather suits for years but it wasn't until recently that I purchased an undersuit. What a differrence...
Not only does the undersuit make getting into and out of the suit a breeze, but you can feel your arms and shoulders moving naturally in your leathers as you turn your bike in and manuever around on the bike. It keeps your leathers from "sticking" to your body when you begin to perspire. The material does wick the sweat from you and when you're at speed the airflow actually feels as if it is increased.
I can recall struggling to get the top portion of my suit off to just walk around and let my skin breathe and how much time that would take. With the undersuit, that can be accomplished in seconds. It's also great for stints in the canyons because it makes getting out of your suit so easy should you stop to get something to eat or just feel the need to strip out of the top portion of your suit.
Do yourself a favor and make wearing a 1-piece suit easier. This one's a no-brainer and should be a part of every rider's gear.

This product is great at wicking away moisture and for helping slide into and out of a full suit. These undersuits do run about 2 sizes small, in comparison to other, leading brand suits. Overall, this in a great, very comfortable suit you can wear all day.

I am 5'9, 155lbs with a 39" chest and large fits me just about perfect (snug)
This undersuit makes putting my race suit on and taking it off a breeze (especially on those hot and sticky days I could not imagine not having it)
The moisture wicking really does work, this suit does a great job at keeping you dry on the sweaty days as well. The suit zips from both the top and bottom (you can make a bathroom run without taking off the entire suit!)

42 Euro sizing? I assume since you mention your body size that you are talking about race suits. My friend is 5'7" (170cm) 135 lb (62kg) and he is 50-52 in Euro Race Suits (40-42 US). I am 6'1" (185cm) 170 lb (77kg) and I wear 52-54 in Euro Race Suits (42-44 US). Most suit sizing charts seem to run a bit large, so we look for the nearest value, and purchase down a size.If you have a accessible (nearby) motorcycle shop that sells race suits, go in and try a few on. Experts have told me that the suit should fit snug, and standing upright difficult as these were meant to fit those in a seated position. When trying the suit, make sure to emulate the riding position with the suit on, and make sure you can twist to the right or left with your trunk and with your legs. Again, the suit should be snug, but not restrict movement.
Tall people like me can make up for sleeve and inseam deficiencies by purchasing higher boots and longer gloves. If you are shorter, you may wish to try your typical riding gloves and boots with the suit on, just to make sure that the material does not bunch inside the shoe or glove, preventing proper closure.
