Very pleased with the fit and quality. I wore them all day two days in a row for a track day weekend. Never took them off and never felt uncomfortablbe. However, they did start to get that old "squeek" to them that SMX-Plus are known for. I guess the new model does it too. I am fine with a little squeek. I feel that the added protection is well worth it. Besides, the squeek gives them character!

I took this boot straight out of the box and right to the track. It performed great! I have wide feet (size 13) and these fit me fine. The materials and finish were all top notch. I recommend these boots!

Overall I'm extremely satisfied with these boots. Besides fat footing a few shifts while I was breaking them in, they are extremely comfortable, easy to walk in, and there's a very noticeable airflow coming through the vents in the heels. They cut a lot of the bulkiness out of the boot with this years redesign and they easily fit under my jeans. My only gripe is they squeek from the sliding portion of the hinge when you walk and you have to make sure the screws are tightened on the ankle, otherwise they'll eventually work themselves out. But otherwise I'd highly recommend a pair of these

We would recommend a size 43. Based on our experience this should provide you with a proper fit if you have an average size foot. If you have very narrow feet then a 42 might be a better option.
