Fit and look great on SMX Plus
I bought these to replace my plastic ones that I ground through and they are much more durable.

I bought these sliders to protect my $450 Supertech R boots a little better. The plastic ones that come on the boots stock are not bad but i just wanted a little more boot protection. They look like they would protect my toes as well as my boots for a while so I would have to say that they should be durable by the look of them. Anyway they only cost $20 bucks.

The slider joint boot, the plastic is very fragile and fades quickly in contact with the asphalt. This slider is much more durable and has a very good price.

S W: my toes sliders are the plastic ones that come stock on SMX-Plus boots from A-Stars. I've seen those ground down and the connectors damaged. I'm doing a track day and I want to replace them with something more substantial.Oct 9, 2014
Chuck R:I have these on S-MX5's and they fit perfectly - hope that helps. Not sure of the compatibility between models. Far better than stock plastic, although you probably won't get too many turns with these before they wear - at least your boots won't take the brunt of the fun!Sep 23, 2014
RevZilla:The Alpinestars Replacement Magnesium Toe Sliders are compatible with the Supertech, S-MX Plus, S-MX R, S-MX 4 and S-MX 4 Stella Boots. The toe sliders attach by sliding then clipping them into place.Aug 17, 2012
