Great Product - A bit stiff Great product, very well made. Just a little stiff - needs some more time to see if it gets more confortable February 10, 2014
A-Stars does it again Got these probably a month ago. I thought they would be more bulkier but are still fine. Protection seems like it would definitely work(have yet to try it, and hopefully never will). For comfort, i'd give it a 6 outta 10. Not the most comfortable glove I've worn, but hey I would trade comfort for protection any day. Oh and another thing these gloves don't fit like other A-Stars gloves, I'm a size MD in A-Stars gloves (Euro), and a SM in any other glove. I got these in a size SM and they're spot on. Overall great glove December 23, 2013
Not sure yet Just retiring my Teknic excelerator gloves after 2.5 seasons. I wore a large Teknic. Heard these gloves fit small. Ordered Xl. Had to return them for a large. Fingers still long On the large. My Teknic kangaroo palms felt like a second skin from day 1. These gloves do not give me that same feeling at all. The hard plastic shell looks goofy and does not seem to offer much in the way of protection. I don't like the way the glove wraps and binds through the hard plastic. I guess I should break them in and add comments. December 3, 2013
Decent glove for the price I returned mine because I ordered once size too small. I ordered a large and they were too tight, and the thumb on the right hand was definitely thinner than the thumb on the left hand. I had a friend try on the glove and he mentioned the exact same thing before I could. The wrist part is hard plastic and seems like it would help in a crash from sliding damage but doesn't seem to add any wrist support or bracing. I'm not really a fan of this glove, I returned it and got Dainese pro metal gloves (also in size large) and they fit much better. November 23, 2013
I absolutely love these gloves! I am busy getting ready for my first track outing and decided on the Alpinestar racing gloves. The gloves look amazing and from the moment you handle them, you can see that they are packet with loads of safety features. I have been wearing them for 4 outings on the road, and the already feel worn in! I can definitely recommend these gloves, as well as the professional way revzilla managed the purchase. June 14, 2013
A must-have for track your days! All the protection and comfort you need! (not no mention the GREAT LOOKS) -These gloves are true GP tech -It is highly recommended that you check the size chart provided for Alpinestars products before choosing your size (available in Revzilla.com) and keep in mind that the leather my seem tight at first but after a couple days it breaks in and expands, thus making a perfect fit -Alpinestars is nice enough to include a small user guide to make the best out of your gloves November 13, 2012
A little snug getting on and off. These glove are great once you get them on, but they are a little tough to get on and off. (This gets worse as you sweat.) Once on they were very comfortable, and felt like I had good communication with the bike. No binding. February 9, 2012
comfortoble gloves its easy to wear and comfortoble when stearing the bike. September 8, 2011

RevZilla Store asked: Why did you choose this?
A S: This is a much needed gear while riding! May 6, 2014
Wayne M: Revilla offered a great price on one of the best hand protection systems in the industry. I have very large hands and 3xl is what I usually wear in Astars gloves and Revzilla had them in stock. This is my first purchase with Revzilla so we will see. Jan 12, 2014
Thomas J: Protection in a crash. Ended up returning gloves. Dec 30, 2013
A S: The best in the market and top deal Nov 6, 2013
A shopper asked: I have a pair of 2012 S-Moto gloves in Large and they seem kinda tighter than they need to be. I also have a pair of 2011 SP2s in XL that are a tad loose. Would you go with a Large or XL in the GP Techs. Thanks for your input. Sep 19, 2012

repsal: 1- To check your right size follow this chart:

Alpinestars Glove Sizing
GLOVE SIZING INSTRUCTIONS: Using your right hand, place a tape measure under your palm and measure from the knuckle of your forefinger to the knuckle of your pinkie finger. Note the measurement and compare it to the chart below.
Measurement Alpha Size Numeric Size
2 1/8" - 2 5/8" XS 7
2 5/8" - 3 1/8" SM 8
3 1/8" - 3 5/8" MD 9
3 5/8" - 4 1/8" LG 10
4 1/8" - 4 5/8" XL 11
4 5/8" - 5 1/8" 2XL 12

2- Bare in mind that leather expands once it breaks in after a couple rides. In my case, the gloves seemed a bit tight at first, specially when closing my fist but after a couple days they expanded and now I've got a perfect fit, so I WOULD DEFINITELY GO with a L instead of a XL in the GP techs.

3- Alpinestars suggests that to find out your right size you should wear test the gloves with your palm up and the fingers open. The fingertips should not be touching the tips of the glove, or at least just slightly. Then close your fist as if you were grabbing the bike handle bars. Make sure there are not big ripples on the palm of the glove and also make sure that the fingertips again are just slightly touching the tips of the glove. They should not feel tight or bother the movement.
