Alpinestars C-2 Gore Windstopper Gloves

Full length city commuting glove. Constructed using Gore Windstopper® outer shell fabric, combined with shock absorbing foam knuckle protection and leather palm construction, this glove keeps hands protected from the asphalt and comfortable during wet and chilly conditions.

Yes and No - situational really I got these gloves for the cold morning rides to school/work. Do they stop the wind yes, do they keep your hands warm, no. Any temp under 50 and your hands will be cold. Anything above that and you can't feel the wind at all. So while they do what they are called, don't be like me and try to get them for cold weather and wind protection. February 28, 2013
Great gloves but need to order a size larger as they run small. Even after reading reviews I ordered a size L and like others had stated, they were toooo small. Exchanged for XL, no hassles, but had to send UPS or Fedex which did cost more to return/exchange. Couldn't be happier with the larger size. After ordering these have since ordered tires and they shipped in no time. Very happy customer!! February 19, 2013
This is not a winter glove!!! This is NOT a winter glove. They do NOT stop the wind. This is not really even a cold weather glove. I bought these for my 10 mile commute. I have worn them in 55 degree weather and 30 degree weather. In 55 degree weather my hands were cold but not horribly so. In 30 degree weather with an additional liner stuffed in the glove I lost all feeling in my fingers within 2 minutes. By the end of my commute I was concerned about frostbite. Aside from these issues there is no real crash protection and thus no real advantage over just buying a ski glove. February 1, 2013

Great Gloves, No wind at all. I'm new to motorcycles and if i hadn't found RevZilla I probably wouldn't have this great gear and I really relied on everyone's reviews on the products. No wind get's through these glove's at all yet your hand's don't get hot or sweaty honestly i forgot i was wearing them. Definitly worth every penny! December 31, 2012

Nice gloves Got these for Texas winters which usually aren't that severe. Very nice weight and good fit. Haven't had any real cold weather yet but they seen ti be up to the task. November 26, 2012

Answer: 
These gloves do not have thermal liners for colder temperatures. The Gerbing's Heated Glove Liners will work with these gloves as long as the gloves are sized correctly to accommodate for the extra bulk of the liners.

Answer: 
No they don't have a liner. I put in a heated liner which makes a world of difference, however the gloves are a bit tight with the liners in. Ultimatly, I would not buy these gloves as they offer no crash protection and virtually no protection from the elements.

Alpinestars Glove Sizing

GLOVE SIZING INSTRUCTIONS: Using your right hand, place a tape measure under your palm and measure from the knuckle of your forefinger to the knuckle of your pinkie finger. Note the measurement and compare it to the chart below.
