Alpinestars Bionic Chest Pad
These are competitively priced and offer very good protection. They are light and I hardly realize they are in my jacket. Definitely worth the money.

Do yourself a favor
My brother got into an accident and ended up going down at 75ish mph. He was wearing an Alpinestars GP Pro leather jacket and it saved him from some serious road rash. Luckily he only walked away with some road rash on his hip and knee.
I also have a GP Pro Jacket, and his accident made me think differently about my gear than I did before this happened. The GP Pro and higher tier Alpinestars jackets are definitely some of the best but the back protector and chest protectors and nothing more than a 1/4 inch thick piece of foam.
These protectors add some much better protection to your jacket and I would seriously recommend the upgrade.

it was a bit of an odd concept at first but i quickly cam to like it not only does it offer me good protection in the chest but it also stops my Girlfriend when she is riding pillion from grabbing my chest and squeezing em she got so disappointed on our last ride lol

Disappears into jacket
Can't even tell I'm wearing them. Great airflow and peace of mind. Might as well get them. It's a small amount of $$ for additional protection that other companies don't usually offer. When you pull the OEM foam out of the jacket that comes with it, you know it was a good idea.

Works well with Alpinestars Stella jacket size XS
Purchased two sets of these for my girlfriend. She's 4'9" and 95# and wears size XS in both leather (38 EUR) and textile (XS) Alpinestars jackets. These chest protectors are nice and very similar to the men's (which I use in my jackets), but they have a cup to them to provide space for a woman's breast. I would say the cup size is around a B to small C. The protector is very hard impact type plastic with rather little foam, but having them helps to pop the jacket out and actually makes it more comfortable for a woman to wear. Because they are so slim in design, they don't really change the fitment of the jacket as far as size. I was worried adding them might make the jacket to tight, but actually my girlfriend said it was kinda just the opposite, because the chest protectors sort of hold the jacket away from your body due to the cup design.
They fit perfectly in the jacket pockets that hold the chest protection and velcro closed no problem even on the XS small size jacket. They also wrap down enough to provide nice rib cage protection, which is great.

A little extra protection
These chest protectors are comfortable and don't block the airflow in my Alpinestars Jaws Perforated Leather Jacket. Fortunately, I haven't tested these out yet, and hope I never have to.

Its protection that fits
Have an A* jacket that will take armor? Buy these pads, they fit snug in the pockets, so it does take a little time to get them to fit in just right. But worth it, added protection to already very protective products.
