A must for any jacket I got this for my new Viper Air jacket. It can be swapped out for the stock foam pads quick and easy. Once in, you can barely tell they're there and give a whole new level of protection. May 9, 2013

Great Protection and Durability I paired these chest pad inserts with my Alpinestars T-GP-R jacket and they fit great. They bring the peace of mind of having chest protection while riding, even though I haven't had the chance (thankfully) to crash test them. They do make my jacket feel slightly bulky on the front, but that is a small price to pay for the protection they should provide. I have heard that chest protection is one of the most overlooked aspects of good gear, and I'm glad to get these great looking and durable feeling ones from Alpinestars. May 7, 2013

Pads are a huge basic upgrade Fits into my alpine jacket like a glove! These are huge but basic upgrade to the foam pads! They are sturdy but light, and have little mesh holes in them for the air flow! Wish it was cheaper though.. a little bit pricey April 18, 2013

Perfect fit in Alpinestars Tech 1-R Bought this to install in my Tech 1-R jacket. My jacket is already like my second skin. After installing, it did not add too much bulk. I am still able to wear my jacket comfortably with the bionic armor installed. April 14, 2013

Awesome hard stuff changed the foam pads on the jacket to this one. couldn't even tell it's there until you press on it. tried knocking on it a few times and it looks sturdy enough to withstand an impact. definitely a lot better than foams. April 3, 2013

As Advertised, Great Product for $$$ Affordable Protection, Style is all Alpinestars! Comfort, I do not even notice them. I left the foam inserts in that came with the jackets and slid these over them, very comfortable. Protection I cannot comment on and hope to never have too. Durability, too early to comment on.Air flow is Great! Features, I guess the ergonomic design and airflow, both are great. Fit is neutral, not too big or small. 2011 GSXR 1000 April 1, 2013
