I like this helmet a lot, and in moderate weather it is usually my first choice: light, easy to use, convenient. I second all of the positive comments, but I want to note some exceptions:
1. The ventilation is average at best. Especially if your concern is anti-fogging, this is not a good choice unless you fit a Pinlock lens. It is also hot in even moderate summer heat (and my Miglia is white).
2. It is sized overall correctly, but is somewhat ovalish and has a close-up face shield, which may explain the "small" fit comments.
3. It might feel "flimsy" because it is light and it is a plastic-based shell, instead of heavy fiberglass, but it rates as a good impact resistor--plastic shells can be very good at spreading energy over a helmet's material.
I do like the Miglia a lot, but for a lot of my riding (like 9 freakin months) in cool, moist air where anti-fogging and ventilation is important, the Miglia is not as good as the Nolan N90. The N90 also has an overall better set of features and materials, I believe.

My wife purchased a new Miglia for just a bit over $100 recently. At that price, it is a bargain. It is much lighter in weight than her previous flip-up (it is *not* a true modular helmet), and fits better too. The chin-bar is easy to use and locks solidly, and unlike the defective one belonging to the reviewer below, stays in the full-open position without any problems at all. Visor is without any imperfections, is average in thickness, and works just fine. She likes the QR buckle too. Liner material is nicer than we have seen in other helmets of similar price. Ventilation, fit/finish, and noise levels seem to be commensurate for it's list price, so she has no complaints.
The outer shell of the chin-bar rubs slightly against the helmet shell when handled, which makes it sound a bit creaky/groany (not sure if groany is a real word) and gives it a bit of a cheap impression. Fortunately, this noise is not heard when wearing the helmet. Even though this is the least expensive helmet my wife owns, it has become her favorite.
As for fit -- we had read other reviews that stated that AGV's run a size small. We ordered one size larger than the chart stated, and she quite happy with the way it fits. YMMV, of course...

I wanted a decent brand modular helmet for convenience.
This one fit the bill perfectly and overall satisfied with the purchase.
Pros:
Stylish
Lot of air flow (good for summer)
Lightweight for a modular helmet
Very Quiet for a modular helmet
Great vision
Overall comfortable
Cons:
Too much buffeting (could be my windshield)
Feels little cheap (not so solidly built)
Too much air flow, not sure it can be used in winter.
Can get noisy depends on the Wind direction and your windshield.
Puts little pressure on my temples.
Fogs up quickly on stopping.
Dirt and finger print magnet.

Great Value for a modular

I have a Shoei modular and I prefer my AGV. The Shoei has a tighter fit and finish and doesn't squeek and creak like the AGV, however I find myself going back to the AGV everytime because It flips up easier and it is more comfortable. It is also very quiet and the visor flips up and down easily. I also think it looks cool. The only complaint is the top vent snaps off too easily and would be better molded or at least glued on. For more than half the price of many modulars, this one is the best value I have seen. AGV has been making helmets for a very long time and command respect in Europe.
Pros Great Value, Comfortable

The AGV Miglia helmet is flimsy and the flip-up mechanism never worked right. It just would never stay open. Why are you doing this to me AGV? Just a modest shake or tilt of my head would snap it shut. Better luck with my new Scorpion.

Other than close fit between my chin and the chin part of the flip up, this helmet is comfortable. It's quieter than my full face HJC. Feels very light on the head Chin vent has no instructions. Went on-line to find that of the 3 positions for the slide, middle is open, left is closed and right is closed.
Pros Very Quiet, Only 1 oz more than full face, Great Value, Overall fit is great, Comfortable, Well balanced on your head
Cons A little tight in the chin area
