AFX FX-42A comes apart

After using this helmet 5 times, the outer shell separated from the inner shell/strapping. Called Revzilla customer support and explained the problem. They promised to call me back the same day. Now it is one week later and I still haven't received the call back.
Pros Comfortable
Cons Flimsy
No, I do not recommend this product.
