Returns and Refunds:

Doesn't fit? Exchange your unused and unaltered item within 30 days of receipt and you will not be charged a restocking fee.  If you need more then 30 days, let us know you need an extension and usually we can be flexible with this.

You can exchange for another item, or get a 100% refund to store credit, this credit will not expire. 

There is no restocking fee for store credit or exchanges, however to put cash back to your credit card a 10% refund fee will be incurred. Credit card processing is expensive, and unfortunately when you do a return the bank does not credit us those fees.

Sale Items:

• Our standard no-hassle exchange policy applies! (see above)

Closeouts:

• All sales are final (even for exchanges) unless the "No Hassle Exchange" icon is present on the product page

• Each manufacturer has their own warranty policy, however RevZilla will assist customers in their warranty returns.  That being said, RevZilla does not provide any direct warranty on any item sold.
