Venture Heat 12V Heated Carbon Gloves

The Venture 12V Heated Carbon Gloves combined style, warmth, and performance together to create a motorcycle glove you are sure to enjoy.

On the inside is 3M Thinsulate insulation and a waterproof membrane to keep your hands warm and dry. To turn on the heat, simply touch the on-board temperature controller and enjoy 3 different heat settings. These heated motorcycle gloves will keep your fingers warm for as long as you can ride. If you need to pull over and take a call, the touch screen capabilities allow you to use your phone without having to take your gloves off.

The heating elements are carefully positioned around the perimeter of the hand to allow warmth to be circulated throughout your hand giving the comfort and protection you need. This great looking glove is made with premium leather and has built-in gel pads as well as a carbon fiber knuckle guard for ultimate comfort and protection.

Venture 12V Heated Carbon Gloves are powered by the existing battery of your motorcycle and will provide heat as long as you're on the road. Simply connect the harness to the terminals on the battery and run the coax cable underneath the body leaving the connector plug exposed. This non-intrusive configuration allows you to maintain the same look and feel to your bike without cables interfering. Pair the Venture Heat 12V  Gloves with the Venture Heat 12V Heated Jacket Liner or wear them on their own using the included Y-Splitter Cable.

Inconsitantly work Its a shame that Venture could not get the quality control look into properly. I had faulty parts swapped, but now I am still having difficulty getting the left glove to switch on and stay on. Sometime it works and on the same day it will either turn off 2 min into the ride or will just turn off immediately after holding down the button, then other days is works all day (driving me made:). Great product if only it work and does what the company claim it does. Venture please look at your QA it is very frustrating. Could be a stingy contracted factory taking short cuts. August 4, 2014
Works brilliantly, but controls fiddly. I love these gloves but find it often take several tries to get them to switch on. I bought them because my Olympia X-Moto Jacket* keeps me warm enough so I didn't need a heated vest, so these gloves saved the cost and bulk of a separate controller. * Currently on sale at Revzilla. I have used the gloves down to 0c / 32F February 24, 2014

Matthew H: Touchscreen functionality and Adventure riding styling/capabilities Mar 25, 2015
Caryn A: This was a holiday gift for my husband for his stocking. He has spent the spring breaking them in. As other reviewer have noted the buttons are a little fussy BUT they offer great protection compared to other heated gloves. Mar 14, 2015
Tim J asked: Is there a battery that you can use with these gloves or does it have to be connected to the bike all the time? Nov 19, 2013

Brent M: The manufacturer of the gloves doesn't seem to make a battery for them, but you could probably figure out a way to power them from an external battery that puts out 12V. Nov 21, 2013

David T asked: 1) Do I need a separate "controller" for these gloves or does the built-in switch serve that purpose?

2) Is there an easy way to limit the voltage input so that I don't have to worry about the gloves shutting down if my bike happens to output more than the allowed 14 volts? Maybe this what's happening with the guys who commented that they're having trouble with keeping them on ("fiddly controls" and "glove won't stay on").

Naveen A: Hey
1) dont really need a controller, it comes with 3 temp settings in the switch
2)well i have used it on 3 different type of bikes, didnt have a problem with the voltage. The problem i have with the glove is that the controls are different to predict, sometimes it just turns off maybe because the connection point of the gloves to the jacket wire is near the thumb area instead of it being near the pinky. Both my gerbings and tourmaster heated jacket have connections coming out from near the pinky area.
I guess i choose this over gerbings because of protection and thats about it. The touchscreen tips are not effective so dont for that alone

Andrei S asked: Can I connect this product with my Gerbing jacket? Dec 3, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Naveen A: Yes you can. I do it but keep in mind that the connectors of gerbings/tourmaster are on the outside and its a bit of a squeeze to pull them and use on the other side like how the Venture is setup. They have provided extra connectors which helps but my jacket keeps on getting stuck, if I put the gloves inside the jacket cuffs, the switch gets turned off accidentally. Dec 22, 2014
