Two Brothers Full Exhaust Systems

This system completely replaces your existing exhaust system. This not only adds horsepower but also can drop significant weight from your bike. We build our header systems as a complete unit.

Our finished system flows better at the collectors, makes more power and does not vibrate on the bike.

Our superbike stainless steel headers are manufactured from .035" thin wall stainless steel. We then polish them to a satin finish. The ductile quality of stainless steel makes it possible to produce extremely light and strong headers. We use only premium #304 stainless which will never rust and after a few heat cycles will turn a golden amber color which is the characteristic signature of high quality stainless steel. This type of canister can be mounted in the original position or in a “high” mounted position depending on the bike and our available applications.

The entire line of TBR M Series canisters feature the same high level of quality construction and are designed to be fully serviceable in the event of damage (replacement parts are available, please call us), routine maintenance or the occasional repack. Our V.A.L.E.™ (patent pending) slip-on exhaust systems and flange-on systems feature CNC'ed aluminum inlets. These special designs provide for ease of maintenance as well as simplified construction, which is what a premium performance product is all about! The exhaust note produced by all of our Top Level™ exhaust systems is best described as being deep and throaty without suffering from the shrill whine normally associated with other manufacturer's straight through muffler canisters.

V.A.L.E. = Variable Axis Locking Exhaust. The V.A.L.E.™ system is our revolutionary and patented method of attaching our muffler canisters to the exhaust tube without the use of springs or welding. Our V.A.L.E. systems allows the muffler assembly - exhaust tube and canister - to be positioned perfectly on the bike before all the mounting hardware is fully tightened. Once the canister and exhaust tubes are properly aligned, the V.A.L.E. assembly locks the muffler canister to the exhaust tube assuring a perfect, leak-free fit.

NOTE: Please check local laws before purchasing. Some modifications may be prohibited in some states.

Add horsepower, sound mean. If you want to add horsepower, you need to install a full exhaust. Also, you need to get either your ecu reflashed, or get a programer. I installed the Juice Box Pro. When I installed the exhaust, I had the fairings off. Made it so much easier. And the Juice Box Pro came with the MAP I needed already on it. If your worried about sound, silencers are available. This thing is loud. I love it! June 9, 2014
Great fun for money Your CBR250 isn't gonna sound like CBR600 or any 600 out there. It won't even sound like the 90s CBR250, but it will definitely sound different. The sound will be throatier at around 5-7000RPM. You will still have a *brrp* *brrp* or "thumping" sound at idle, but MUCH MUCH less than lets say DanMoto Titanium GP or the similar Leo Vince. When I had those on, I felt like major a**hole. I didn't want all eyes on me. When I pass through downtown people are like "Whatta a**hole" etc. But this exhaust is like "ohhh, so pleasing, sing me the song of your immigrant peoples". It does not become annoying at longer rides. I've tried few exhausts (Leo Vince GP Corsa, DanMoto GP Titanium and Coffmans Shorty) and this one takes it by far. Looks good on the bike. This means that it's not out there like the stock one is. With the stock one, you could almost reach pedestrians on the sidewalk if you rode close enough. I don't know what Honda was thinking. They must not have sidewalks in Japan. Two Bros is pretty much all streamlined and shiny piece of art of an exhaust. I just regret wasting all my coins on all of those other exhausts. Take care. 2013 Kawasaki ninja 650 This exhaust is great, after instal noticed the improvement in power and the sound is a nice deep tone. I took the quiet tip out for that extra boost in sound. Installed a juice box at the same time and both were well worth the money. MPG still runs about 45-50 averaging 46.5... July 14, 2014
Good Quality Exhaust System I ordered the Two Brothers Exhaust System for my 2014 Kawi Ninja 650. Two Brothers only makes the full system for the 2014. So it’s a little pricy. The instructions from Two Brothers could be a little better with color photos, as the black and white were somewhat difficult to desphire. The instructions state that you need to remove the entire right side fairing. Not necessary. You simply remove the (3) pop out plastic rivets on the bottom of the fairing and you can access the entire exhaust system. The removal of the stock exhaust and installation of the Two Brothers Full System Exhaust only took about an hour. The Two Brothers Full System Exhaust is amazing! I feel more lower end torque and through the mid-range as well. I didn’t install the “Power Nod” the little aluminum cap as I wanted the full sound. All I can say is that the Youtube Videos don’t do it justice. If you truly want an exhaust system that gives you more power through the mid-range and is very… and I mean very loud go with the Two Brothers Full System Exhaust. June 30, 2014
Sounds Great 1) I got the pipe to be loud -- much success 2) Looks great 3) Really really easy install since I paid Motorcycle Unlimited to install it since I have a history of breaking every single piece of plastic I have laid hands on in a car/truck. 4) No regrets April 12, 2014
Awesomeness achieved!!! Killer sound out of this exhaust. Turns the tweety bird stock exhaust into a mean sounding machine! I installed myself I'm about an hour. Not a motorcycle tech but I'm pretty mechanically inclined and I'd say your average joe could do this him/herself with no worries. I popped out the 3 big plastic rivets on the bottom of the fairing to get the exhaust out and out the new one in so you actually don't have to take the right side fairing off like they tell you to. Would be easier to install but taking fairings off can be a challenge. So ease of install was like 10 out of 5 stars haha. Also it looks and sounds great. Don't think just buy! April 9, 2014
Great Product! The Exhaust comes with the P1 Tip. Great Sound, makes the bike sound more deeper. Gives the bike a little more kick. You need a Power Commander or Juice Box to get optimal performance. March 24, 2014
Very easy to install. Great sound. This is very easy to install it is quite loud. Oh yeah it is looks great, I would recommend this to anyone. Just make sure you buy the juice box that goes with it so that your bike doesn't backfire constantly. March 3, 2014
