All that and waterproof...
Gotta say this a a great boot for the price. The styling fits exactly what I was looking for. Initial fit was tough going thru the throat until my hoof stretched it out a few times. Size was right on (10). Did read how previous versions of this boot fell apart but the 2.0 seems well made and the new waterproof feature made it worth the gamble....I would recommend this boot to a friend!

So far a terrific value
I had two concerns: Sizing and quality. 1. Sizing: For me, they were right on the money. I'm between an 8 and 8.5 depending on brand, style, cut, etc. I called Revzilla before purchase and went with their recommendation of 8.5. Turned out perfect. They are "roomy" with a thin pair of socks with room to go to heavy socks for cold weather. 2. Quality: For $100 bucks? I haven't had to ride in the rain yet, so can't comment on that, but everything else is absolutely 5 star! I kind of wish that the soles weren't as thick as they are (extra thick soles combined with the high toe box shape make for a VERY high front of the boot), but they should last a very long time. Every thing else seems way beyond what one would normally expect; no flaws in the stitching or leather, well finished, and good looking.

Very nice boots
Bought these for the added heel height and wasn't disappointed. I can now flat foot my Royal Star. The boots are comfortable and grip the road nicely. Good for walking around in, but don't use them in temps above 90 F. Little or no airflow as they're water resistant (which also works as expected).

They run a little small
This was going to be my 4th pair of TM's Vintage Boots... but they didn't fit... I'm guessing that they are like a size smaller.

As I said, have had 3 pairs, of the most excellent and good looking boots, but they change with this new model, the 2.0, the form of the boot making it "smaller"...

Will not buy a larger size... willl buy another brand!!!

Bring the old version back!!!

Tough to shift in 'em.
Two things:

- The toe box is tall and chunky, and on my V-Strom, it's a tough to get this boot under the shifter for a quick upshift. The stiff sole contributes to this. Maybe breaking them in longer will help... I've got 10 rides on these.

- Style and comfort are awesome! However, I wish I would have bought the 10, instead of the 11. Out of the box, the 10 felt small, so I went with the 11... and then the 11 loosened up some. Now, it feels like my foot has too much room. Either the liner compressed or the boot stretched.

Great value but not waterproof
I got this boot to use it in our cold rainy winter.
Til yesterday great performance, it keeps my feets warm in my 96kms (60mi) commute dayly trip but last night I was caught by the rain.
Long story short I got my feets totally wet, still warm but wet.
Will look for an Alpinestars pair to replace it

Great style that may be suitable under casual dress pants at work. Easy entry - no laces. I wear a 10, but had to return the original order for a size up. I went with the 11.

I wanted boots with that classic cruiser look but with the added benefit of a waterproof lining. Weather in Western Washington state is admittedly damp to say the least. The lugged sole will provide sure footing on and off the bike.

how high is the boot?
A shopper on Oct 25, 2013
BEST ANSWER: Boot measures 11" from bottom heel to top of boot line...approx mid-calf on me (5'10") .
Can the sole be replaced when it wears out?
A shopper on Aug 20, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Tour Master does not offer a sole replacement program (but they do have a 1 year warranty for manufactures defects). However, you may be able to find a local qualified shoe repair center that could possibly replace the sole on the boot if needed. We would highly recommend checking with the service center first though, as they would be able to verify if it is a sole that they can replace at their service center using their existing equipment.
