Pretty good, warmer and drier than regular MX gloves, but not that much...
I got these gloves for Fall/Winter riding in the Pacific Northwest. It rains a lot here, and it gets pretty cold too. So far, I have logged one full, long day of riding with these gloves in mid 40's F with a hard steady rain all day and my hands were wet most of the day. They still managed to keep my hands relatively warm though and the wind stopping ability was noticeable and appreciated.
These gloves are water-resistant at best, so don't let the description lead you to believe anything different. They are definitely warmer and more water-resistant than the average MX glove while not feeling excessively insulated and bulky. Feel of the controls is very good.
I'd recommend them, but only as a moderate cold/wet weather glove. If you truly need "waterproof," you would be well advised to look elsewhere. The problem is, I'm just not sure if there is a waterproof Gore-tex (or equivalent) glove without all the bulky insulation typically found in waterproof colder weather gloves.

Good gloves for autumn riding
I bought these gloves late august preparing for the inevitable rainy days of autumn. After reading some reviews I was convinced these gloves would hold in the autumn and maybe make it through the winter.

They fit really good and the liner feels smooth on your hands. There is a big stitch that goes from your wrist all the way to the tip of your thumb and this stitch will leave a mark on your skin after half an hour of riding. It's not bad or annoying, just something I noticed.

Since the gloves have no ventilation my hands were pretty warm to hot in late summer/early autumn, especially when stopped in traffic.

Waterproofing is decent, they wont last more than 30-45 minutes in decent rain and they managed to last 10 minutes in a serious storm. While the back of the palm is really good at keeping water out, the inside of the palm and fingers not so much.

Besides not keeping water out another issue is that the index finger knuckle is poorly designed and it will migrate towards the exterior of the glove, leaving your knuckle unprotected. But since the protection is just a bit of rubber it might not be a big deal.

These gloves are great only for early autumn riding. At 40F my hands are cold and I am now considering getting a pair of Patrol or Alcans from Icon to keep my hands dry and warm.

The price is good but the usability is limited. There is no way you can rock these out during late spring or summer, they get really hot. And they will not hold in the winter without additional thermal liner/gloves inside.

Pro
- price
- good fit
- can keep water out for half an hour
- good for early autumn riding
- palm grips really good

Con
- not good for under 45/40f weather
- will not last in serious rain
- minimum protection (rubber knuckles and a bit of foam in the palm)
