Magnificent shoes Great shoes, they've lasted over a year. The original insole lacks arch support. Breathable canvas exterior is great. They are very stylish. November 10, 2015
Styl-ISH footwear and decent protection The boot comes in a "dirt and grease" look on the sole. Which I found kind of surprising. It was more than I expected. I wear a size 10.5 and got the 44 EURO (10US) and they are slightly bigger. Which is ok since I like wiggle room. I'd recommend getting one half size lower. Width is slightly bigger than I'd like. Took them out for a couple rides and they feel good and you get what you pay for. I recommend if your a casual rider. October 12, 2015
commuting with this shoe I've been commuting with this shoe for a few months now. Great off the bike and good on the bike. I like how incognito it feels along with my armored jeans. They look better now that there's a few grease stains on the shoe since I got the plain white/gray ones. I would definitely buy these again for the price to commute and to just run around town. As Good as a Street Shoe Can Get! It's a street shoe designed with some pretty solid construction. If you're looking for a racing boot built into a shoe that looks stylish and sleek, you're never gonna find it! But if you're looking for a dope, super good looking (even better than the photo), shoe with some great protection, look no farther. I definitely recommend this product. I haven't tried other brands, but I'm extremely satisfied with this product. The shoe is nice and supportive, almost has the weight of a boot, and I really like how solid it feels. I think you'll be satisfied with your purchase! September 14, 2015
Great service and product I wear a 10-10.5 US, ordered the 44eu/10us fits perfect. Nice looking very comfortable. Its a sneaker for adults. August 30, 2015
Great shoes, protection, comfort for the price Bought the men's version as they didn't have my size in the women's. They are very comfortable yet still feel solid and protective after breaking them in (allow 1-2 weeks for break in). Great price point (around $100), sturdy sole, protective toe box and heel and ankle protection. Only thing that would be more protective would probably be the full length racing style boots (which I opted not to buy for practicality reasons of looking like a normal person when I get off my bike). Look pretty good with jeans and I can wear around after hopping off my bike and are comfortable to walk around in for length periods of time. August 17, 2015
Super nice Almost feel like real sneakers but with decent protection July 20, 2015
I like the style and the color. These shoes do not give you that hardcore protection, but they have adequate "support". They are comfortable, slim, stylish, and not to mention it's not leather so it breathes. July 1, 2015

RevZilla Store asked: Why did you choose this?
Keith V: Look cool, great reviews, and on sale! Oct 8, 2015
Tony L: I wanted something that would be comfortable enough to walk around in, and others reviewed this to do just that. Aug 19, 2015
Jeremy D: needed something to ride to work in and not look like I'm going to sturgess Aug 9, 2015
Matthew P: Got these because of the good reviews and amazing price. Jun 15, 2015
Peter F: I bought the wp black x street and they fit good, decided to get the white for options Jun 3, 2015
Jason F: Shoes that offer more protection than work boots but still look decent enough to wear off the bike. May 11, 2015
Jason L: Needed a casual ride boot and these fit the ticket comfortable for walking and good protection. May 7, 2015
Jonathan P: Great urban riding sneaker, with just enough protection to make me feel less vulnerable, blasting through L.A. traffic... Sole is stiffer than regular sneakers, which is very comfy, and the small ankle and heel protectors are just enough to inspire confidence without switching to a moto-specific boot that could not be worn "in real life" around town... Apr 16, 2015
Ryan I: I have wide feet and my second pair TCX boots has me covered. Apr 11, 2015
Timothy P: I chose to buy these because of my overall expected riding style. It will mostly be under 80 miles an hour within downtown. Also, I am a server and my bike would be my main means of transportation so I need something that is versatile and easy to get into as I plan on doing midday costume changes. Apr 9, 2015
Julian F: This is my SECOND pair of TCX X-Street boots. These boots are F'n AMAZING. Not only are they ACTUALLY WATERPROOF, they LOOK AWESOME and are super comfortable. This is my go-to pair of shoes for riding, working in the garage, and going out... I lace mine up loose so I can slip them on and off quickly. Because of the vintage style, the more beat up they get - the more stylish they look! I actually the TCX X-Wrap boots as well but like these better in terms of comfort/style. HIGHLY Recommend! Apr 3, 2015
logan l: more protection that's causal as well Mar 17, 2015
Frank T: I wanted something that looked more casual. I wish they came in black because I didn't want the waterproof version in the heat. I'm not too crazy about denim shoes with denim jeans, but they fit great and seem to provide good protection while looking good. Also, I normally wear size 10/10.5 but I went with a size 43 (US 9) based on other reviews...glad I did! Mar 16, 2015
noah r: Own the blues, love them so much I had to get the whites too. Feb 20, 2015
Louis D: SPot on sizing for which I think is a Minor miracle from an on line purchase Jan 11, 2015
Teresa M: Wanted a riding shoe that was cooler in summer than leather shoes. I already have the black WP version of this shoe and like it a lot. I ordered the denim version for summer riding. I ordered one size smaller than the WP version as recommended in many of the reviews. I also wanted to know that I could exchange them for free if they don't fit quite right. This is my first Revzilla purchase, but they seem to have a good return/exchange policy. Aug 17, 2014
Scott V: Had problems with the Speed and strength sneaker. So I'm trying these. Jul 16, 2014
Rob B: I bought these because they look like normal shoes and have solid ankle protection. May 28, 2014
Dmitry B: Needed a non-sporty casual riding shoe. May 8, 2014
don s: Received TCX black leather riding shoes waterproof fit really well in first order and I like to change styles once in a while you know it's all about the look and the safety Mar 26, 2014
jeff g: real leather smooth soles Nov 27, 2013
TJ D: love them Oct 23, 2013
Wes B: Decent looking/stylish shoe that still has some protection. Sep 18, 2013
T R: I love riding my bikes to work, but I don't want to carry another pair of shoes with me. Also I don't wan to wear a pair of regular shoes that do not offer me protection. These are a win/win... Sep 14, 2013
Peter William S: Live in Singapore. Want something a little cooler...but casual. Sep 5, 2013

Elliott w asked: The product photos for these shoes make them look worn and dirty. Do they come that way, or was this just done for the product pics? Mar 15, 2015

Kimberly K: Actually it's more of a crackle / fade coloring aesthetic. In fact the blue color scheme makes the shoes look less dirty with wear and tear. I've had mine for over a year and they clean-up easily. I like the colors and piping and think it's what separates these high top inspired riding boots to traditional looking black. It's all individual preferance with colors and style though. Hope this helps. Mar 15, 2015

Annelise C: They come that way. It's not actual dirt but just some sort of wash they put on it.

After a few days of riding they were proper dirty anyhow (I got the white ones) so it didn't matter.

But if you're the lace-bleaching clean lover type, they might not be for you with their "pre-distressed" look.

Nathan B: Hey Elliot, they do have a somewhat worn look to it, but it is more of a vintage look rather than dirty. I liked them a lot and definitely recommend them. But watch some videos of them to get a better idea rather than just look at pictures. Mar 15, 2015

A s: They do come that way, but it's part of the look. The sole is solid, and I've noticed no wear over the couple years I've had them. Mar 22, 2015

A S asked: How do these compare to the Alpinestars Joey in terms of protection, comfort and breath-ability? Jul 7, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Gregory D: Protection seems good, I don't know the Alpinestar Joey (will look after this!). Comfort takes a little getting used to. I was looking for something I could wear to work and all day, that's when the breathability and comfort takes a hit. Wearing them for weekend rides with your friends to go get food and such, these are great for, just because of that extra protection.

This was my first legit motorcycle shoe...had been wearing sneakers and work boots on occasion. In short, good shoe, but not quite the all day thing for me. The toughness compromises the comfort and "sneaker-like" functionality they were going for. I do like them for riding though.

A shopper asked: Hi All,
I would like to purchase these shoes ASAP before they go out of stock, however, there seems to be a mixed review on size differences. Most people say they run a little large, while others say they are spot on.

I am a men's size 8.5 Wide (EE). According to the chart I should get a size 42, should I go with the chart or one size smaller? I like a little wiggle room and I don't like too tight in the toe box area.

Thank you for your advice.

James S: I purchase a pair two years ago, I have feet like flippers so I was worried about the width, they are so comfortable. I am a US 9 and I bought the 43, if you want wiggle room then go higher not lower. I have been a some long rides and had no problems with these riding shoes. Triumph Bonneville SE rider. Oct 23, 2015

Justin E asked: Has anyone used Scotchgard™ on these? If so, did it affect them negatively in any way (color/appearance, breathability, etc.)? And did it help to make them more water "resistant"? Jul 15, 2014

A shopper asked: I used to wear men's tennis shoes, but after awhile it seemed like they would spread out and make my feet look big. Do these look wide, or narrow? May 17, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Dakktapus: They are wide by design but that's just the look of the shoe. It's almost like how Converse don't look any different on men or women. May 24, 2013
