TCX X-Square Sport WP Boots
More then happy
I tried these boots in store but as they had sold out I went online and found them.
The fit I would say is quite normal, maybe a bit narrow,
the sole is a bit slippery on wet roads but overall im very happy.

Good boots for the price
Just got these and I am very pleased. Went for one ride so far and they worked great (I didn't even notice the difference between these and regular boots). However, there is definitely more protection than a regular boot. The only thing I dislike is that they don't look great with jeans on, but I think that may be the case with most riding boots. Overall this is a great boot for the price.

These Boots Are a Must Have!!! :)
This is a TCX -X -Squre review, but first let me say something—
I purchased the TCX Jupiters and love them too, however I have leg edema which is swelling around ankle areas. the jupiters are stronger and probably better waterproofing than these TCX -X-square boots. but the X Squre are much lighter easier to walk in if need be. and guess what, they are making my edema so much less that I can actually ride with boots again, with a slight mod i did on the TCX Square boots!
The x square is almost perfect there are a couple things to consider. they are a bit more narrow that the jupiters but they fit me nice with med wide feet. my US size 10=44 euro fit pretty darn good. I cannot wear super thick socks like in the jupiters so you may take that into consideration.
The only things I don't like about the x Square are the gear shift strap down leather protector. Its kind of gimicky to me and fell off luckily at the end of my ride. I'm probably going to cleanly shoe goo these on because it should have been built onto the boot and was not??? Also the bottoms have no traction so be careful on damp fog days or rain or early morning rides, as my feet have slipped off pretty aggressively a couple times now. they are racing boots not dual sport really so for what they are they are hot! these are lookers they are making my edema less severe after each ride they are way lighter in weight than any thing I've ever ridden in before, just epic feeling!!! they aren't padded and putting a pad in made mine worse so when you ride and plan on walking to restaurants or whatever bring some walking shoes to change into.
they are nice! for racing waterproof (maybe for an hour i'm not sure but they look like there's a limit for sure in heavy rain) Light light light love them soooo mucho!!! the jupiters were better but my leg edema got really pronounced and was not able to use those.
check out my flexible bungie cord mods on the laces!!!!

Amazing level of comfort for a pair of motorcycle shoes
These shoes offer the best bang for buck for their price. They look very stylish and super comfortable. I ride in them to work everyday and wear them all day and they're almost as comfortable as my regular sneakers. I would definitely recommend this product.

Exactly what I was long for!
What I was looking for was riding shoes with the following requirements: comfort, protection, and style. I wanted a shoe that would provide adequate protection but more so than a low top shoe. The TCX X-squared fits the bill! It has great sole support but still easy to walk in. The ankle protection is good and doesn't compromise the comfort. The only thing is they kind of look like slippers! I don't mind tho. I wear them with shorts when I take my riding over pants off. Recommend - Yes!

Surprisingly good protection at a great value!
I had this boot for three weeks when a car turned left into me, as I was riding through an intersection. I believe that this boot saved my ankle from being crush, as my ankle hit the cars front wheel at 30 MPH. I did had some soreness for a few days.
I use this boot to commute in daily and sometimes for canyon rides, and it functions perfectly for that, anything more than that and I would step up into a race boot. It offers adequate protection in the heel and toe box. The ankle area has just enough protection, while still maintaining comfort.
I recently rode in heavy rain for a 25 mile commute on the freeway and arrived with completely dry feet.
My only gripes about the boot after three months of use is that it does not have a pull style lace system, but for the money it's okay. I also walk my dog every morning in these before I leave for work, which has caused the inner sole pad to shift backwards.
