Really quiet
This is the 3rd helmet ive used on a bike, and its by far the quietest helmet ive used. It is really nice for winter because the padding keeps you warm, and the wind isn't extreme when you vent. It's a bit warm on hot days, but not unbearable at all. My biggest complaint is that if you wear eyeglasses, its a pain to put your glasses on, and if the wind pulls the helmet, your eyeglasses shift badly.

About what you'd expect for the money
I haven't worn the helmet riding, but here are some thoughts:
Sparx size chart is whack. My head is ~55.25 cm. That's a small in most manufacturers, but Sparx says medium. So I ordered a medium. It was too big. So I exchanged it for a small (hassle free from Revzilla, as always!). It's still too big. I'm not exactly sure if the helmet is still too big or the shape just fits me poorly. When I don the helmet and fasten the chin strap I can still grab the chin bar and move it quite a bit side to side and fore and aft. The fit is poor enough that I wouldn't be comfortable wearing it every day as my main helmet. Maybe an XS would be my size, but I'm not going to pay another $15 to ship an $80 helmet across the country for the second time to find out. I'll just keep it is a spare for passengers, which is one of the reasons I bought it in the first place.
As for my impressions of the helmet; the title says it all. It's about what you would expect out of a $100 helmet. Pretty much cheap all around. The visor mechanism feels cheap, the vents feel cheap and the cheek pads are partially held in place with Velcro which came unglued from the shell and remained attached to the pad the first time I removed it.
On the plus side, the helmet looks really sharp and it’s great that it comes with a tinted shield in the box. It even has little elastic loops on the bottom of the neck roll to hold your earplugs when you aren't using them. And it also comes with the ear plugs!
I can’t comment on Comfort, Protection & Durability, Air Flow, Noise Level, Shape or Vision since it doesn't fit me and/or I haven’t ridden in it.

Quality, great looking helmet!
This helmet is a great buy for the amount you pay. It is very comfortable and fits my oval-shaped head very well. My head is 21.5 inches and the small fits just right. It comes with two visors -- the clear and the tinted -- which is a great value. It also comes with a 5 year warranty, replacement if it gets damaged in an accident, orange ear plugs, Sparx sticker, manual, visor vent cover replacements, and a nice drawstring bag. It is very easy to remove the padding and visors and put them back in. The paint design is high quality and looks fantastic in person. I like it because of how noticeable it is and it also looks very cool. This is my first helmet and I am pleased with it. The only thing that could be a little better is the ventilation, but it's good enough. Overall, 5/5 stars. I added some photos of different angles.

Great Stuff
I have four of these now - it's the only helmet I've found so far that fits my long oval head. I got pressure point on my forehead on my Arai helmets - not so this one. It's super comfy, and the graphics are beautiful.
In 2 crashes, the helmet worked well and protected my head - zero issues.
The only downside I see is that the interior material deteriorates faster than say on an expensive helmet. Fit, looks, comfort, protection are the same as on a much more expensive helmet; durability is where you can see why it's cheap.
Another slight negative - the helmet has great ventilation - whether you want it or not. So if it's cold, it gets cold inside.

Great helmet, period
This makes five SPARX helmets in our home lineup. I tried one on a tip from my boyfriend and loved it. I was a die-hard Arai girl, and the fit on this is as good as any of my Arai helmets. Fun graphics, its very comfortable and fits great!! This helmet is on a close par with the Shoei RF1100 and the Arai Vector, at a fraction of the cost. It doesnt have the extreme ventilation like some race helmets but that has not been a problem with our California summers. It is lighter than my Corsair (UBERcomfy awesome and discontinued), as light as my Suomy Xtreme (beautiful comfy and light but I could not stand the extreme noise). (I no longer have those)
The Sparx S-07 is my preferred street helmet because it is so quiet, and I use it at the track as well-- at this price, its fun to be able to switch up helmets to suit my mood or to have a freshie for the next session at the track. Since we travel with extra hlmets, we have been able to help other riders out after they have a mishap at the track-- every time, the person has liked the Sparx so much they bought it from us, or went out and bought one afterwards.
The cheekpads and entire headliners swap out EASILY, as do the visors. I cant vouch for crash durability, thankfully, but
aanother awesome selling point is the free crash replacement policy. This helmet is a no-brainer. Try it.

Nice...
I purchased this helmet first by design, I live in Colombia so I had to wait quite arrived my country.
The design is spectacular, also he is very comfortable, has good ventilation for hot days, also includes two visors, one clear and one dark. in weight, it is very light.
Would definitely recommend this helmet for this price is very good investment. Greetings from Colombia :)
