Answer: 
Whether or not these goggles are able to fit on an AFX FX-39, is more of a testament to the FX-39's ability to accept goggles, than the goggles actually being large enough. Most off-road dirt goggles have enough adjustment and stretch to fit any helmet imaginable.

So the simple answer is; YES, they will fit.
