Roland Sands Turbine Air Cleaner For Harley Sportster 91-12
Quality Components to kit.
Easy to read instructions , actual intake was larger than I expected, when compared to standard Cylinder style models of some other brands. Follow the instructions fully making sure to use the rubber Oil return bypass's from the cylinders to the throttle body , I have read several posts that people either forget or choose to omit these from their installations and then they wonder why their Air cleaner fills up with oil. then they will post about nonsense design flaws. Any semi competent garage tech can install this. 1000+ miles on this thing and it has performed flawlessly.

michael i:I did the stage 1 (Vance and Hines pipes with big sucker air cleaner and the screaming eagle race tuner) on my 2013 street glide. Before I bought this new air intake I called my local Harley dealer and they said replacing a high air intake with another high air intake usually does not require remapping. I went ahead and bought this new air intake and my bike runs great. It did back fire once but I don't know if the new air intake caused this. I recommend calling the service department and ask them. I would like to know if they say the same thing as the dealer here in Boise, Idaho.Mar 17, 2014
Jeff A. M:My bike is a FLHX 110 modified and i needed to add more air into the motor so that's why i install the turbine.i had my tuner reprogrammed after the install because there's alot more air coming into the motor now.I don't think you will have to remap the bike but it could give you small problems because of more air in needs more air out adding aftermarket exhaust to the bike is a good idea if you put the turbine on.Mar 17, 2014
michael i:It is a little better or equal to the normal stage 2 set up. When I bought my street glide I had the Harley dealer install Vance and Hines pipes and the big sucker intake using the factory football looking cover and of course remapped with a race tuner. I later installed the r&s turbine cuz it looks so badass. It sucks more air not sure about increased performance over the big sucker. I love the way it looks!Jan 23, 2014
Casey A:My bikes putting 134 hp to rear wheel 113"evo motor. It sticks out a little further than I'd like, keeps my knee raddling of the edge of it as I ride. If I were to do it over I'd just go with a velocity stack for max top end hpJan 23, 2014
