River Road Sedona Mesh Jacket
Good budget jacket
The jacket is pretty decent. There's padding on the elbows, shoulders, and back. Fits ok, though as per the video review, I ordered a size down. The shoulders fit great, the bottom of the jacket can be adjusted easily with straps, but the wrists don't fit me that well. To get the wrists to seal, I have to use only an edge of the velcro strip, as if I used all of it, the jacket would be loose. Having said that, even with only a bit of the velcro used, the wrists stay tightly fastened and do not come loose.
There is very little reflective material here. The only reflective bit is a very very thin rope of silver under the neck. The silver strip in the black/silver jacket is NOT reflective, so the silver/black jacket is not any more reflective than the all-black one.
Airflow is pretty good with the warm lining removed, but still enough to get sweaty on hot days, primarily on the chest.
There are no vents you can open, but there are more pockets than you'll know what to do with, and they all either zip up or are held closed with velcro.
There is a zipper on the back that you can use to zip the jacket to your pants, and I don't know how it works on all applications, but the zipper is too high up on the back for me to be able to zip it to my riding jeans. I wish the zipper was a bit lower/closer to the bottom of the jacket, as the way it sits, it's unable to reach my Bilt Ironworker jeans.
Overall, good jacket for the price.

AWESOME summer mesh jacket with mazimum airflow! Highly recommend!
This is my third River Road jacket and it again exceeded expectations. I am 5'9 and 175 and bought the all black version in small. I believe River Road makes great gear at very reasonable price points. My preference is to keep things simple but functional. I don’t like a bunch of logos/badges on my gear. I would encourage you to watch the Revzilla video on this product. The two areas where you could be disappointed are in the fit of the jacket and the lack of CE armor. I found this Jacket to run large, and would recommend you order one size smaller than you would normally. I normally wear a medium and the small fit fine. The jacket does not come with armor. It has EVA foam that needs to be upgraded or use armor from another jacket. It has large pockets for armor in the shoulders, elbows and back.
This jacket excels in airflow which is why I bought it. I needed a jacket to wear in the Texas summer. The abrasion resistant polyester mesh allows for maximum airflow. I like the style of the jacket and often get compliments on its design and simplicity. It also has a full sleeved liner that offers warmth in cooler temperatures. High quality zippers and the Velcro sizing adjustments work well. I recommend this jacket and was 100% satisfied. Great jacket at a great closeout price.

Excellent product for the price.
I live on the Gulf Coast and summer temps here are too hot most of the year for a heavy riding jacket. I bought this mesh jacket as a hot weather alternative to my regular jacket. Great airflow and cool with removable liner out. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a modestly priced hot weather jacket.
I usually wear a large but true to Revzilla website advice I ordered a medium and it fits perfectly. Buy a size smaller than what you think you will need unless you like a seriously loose fit.

ok overall, but sized way big!
I did not purchase, but i borrowed from a friend while i take some time to get my riding gear up. It is a 3xl, and it swims on me. way more than i expected it to. I am normally an 2xl. my chest size is a 50 (semi built). If i were to purchase, i would look to get an xl. I do not like the velcro on the wrist straps as it seems to have worn out (jacket is less than 3 years old and barely used). i would have also preferred that it would have some way to adjust the width of the arms like other jackets do. I very well may be a great jacket if sized correctly, but i don't see that as much of possibility given the way the arms and body swims on me. i feel a 2xl would still be too big and an xl probably wouldn't be long enough. Airflow is great, but the armor feels a little flimsy compared to my previous jacket. It works in the interim, but i do not think that i will be purchasing this jacket.

Great jacket for the price
I originally ordered the medium based on other reviews and the video even though I'm typically a large. The medium fit me well in the chest but the sleeves were too short once I lift up my arms to ride. I'm 6'1, 190lbs. The exchange policy was painless, friendly and fast. I had a new large jacket in a few days.
The liner is much warmer than expected. Now that the sleeves fit well, the body is a bit large but I really don't mind that much. I like a looser fit to the jacket in case I want to put on something underneath. I haven't taken the liner out yet so I can't comment on that very much but it appears it will do very well.

Great jacket, great price.
I love this jacket for both its style and versatility. I have the blacked out version and it just looks nice. It has a very generous cut. I have a 52" chest, which is a combo of muscle and flab. (Used to be a lifter...had a kid...tyranny of the urgent...I'm working on it...you know the story.) Anyway I got the large and it fits very nicely even with the thermal liner. The liner is great. I live in Florida and use my bike mainly to commute. I've had it down into the mid 30s (fairly rare in FL) and it has done the job. Admittedly after a bit I was chilly, but if I put on another layer under, it would have been fine. This basically makes it a four season jacket for me. I've had it into the 80s so far, and it worked great.
If I had one complain it is that when I replaced the armor to CE it was a bit floppy. In other words, the pockets for the armor are a bit loose. After a while things seem to be breaking in nicely.
Anyway, overall I am pleased. Great jacket for a great price.

I <3 Mesh
This jacket is wonderful all the way into fall. Like the video review says it runs a little large but not by much. Cold north east fall mornings are no match for this jacket with the inner liner and a sweater on. It provides excellent air flow around your body. So drive in with the liner at 52 degrees then drive home with the liner removed when its 70 and the sun is shining. The foam insert padding is probably the only thing I would change, but that's why its upgrade-able.

Excellent above 75
I bought this to augment my three-season (colder weather) jacket, and it has served well in temps above 75. Comfortable with just a t-shirt underneath when recently riding in 90+ degrees. The full mesh does just what you'd expect - keeps the air flowing while you're moving. The fit is a bit boxy, but for the price it was a good purchase. Recently put in 1300 miles in a week with this jacket, in temperatures ranging from 60 - 90 degrees; worked fine with the assistance of a couple layers underneath in the morning (sweatshirt and long sleeve t-shirt).
