REV'IT! Women's Union Leather Jacket
Great value, Great style
This is my first jacket and I could not be happier. It is a great value for the price. Looks good riding around the city and feels tough enough for the highway.
The sizing was accurate, but I think Rev'It! always does pretty well with that. I am 5'7" with 37" bust and the 40 fits perfectly. The jacket is very snug with the thermal liner in, so I usually just wear a light merino shirt instead in cool weather. I don't do well in heat, but I have been comfortable in this jacket up to about 85 and down to 45.
I would give the jacket 5 stars for protection if it came with a back protector. I also docked a point for comfort since the stitching on the neck band has some bit that sticks out and abrades my neck when the jacket is unzipped.

Great looking and great value!
I'm so glad I gave this jacket a shot. It looks great and feels great. The leather is strong and I love all the pockets. It fits just like the measurements said it would. I like the button on the collar, it really completes the look and keeps my neck protected. I have received several compliments and I tell them to go to revzilla for great deals.

Good looking jacket with protection
Bought this jacket for my wife for her to wear as a passenger on my bike. She looks great and I like that it has armor.

Good leather jacket for the price
Great leather jacket. Bought this on sale. Looks good, lots of pockets, the thermal liner is easy to install and remove. I'm a curvy woman and this jacket fits more snugly than my Rev'it Airwave jacket in the same numerical size. Things get a bit tight if I wear more than a thin merino hoody under the jacket but I anticipate the leather will stretch a bit as it gets more wear and breaks in.

Good 3 season leather jacket
Bought this for my girlfriend who is 5'4", small to medium build for her size and not too board shoulders. Got the 34 and 36 for fit comparison, 34 fits like a glove and the 36 is slightly too big; sleeves are just at the right length and the bottom ends right below the belly button while standing. so the size chart does it job in terms of general fitting guidelines. The leather used in this jacket is in high quality in my opinion, somewhat better than my dianese in some area. Gf did mention the jacket felt a bit tight to begin with, and with the thermal liner in place it's almost uncomfortable to move around; but after a couple rides the leather broke right in and whole thing got more comfortable.
Do notice a down side on the elbow armor as they shift place every time you hang it on a hanger or just leave it on a chair, almost have to adjust them before every ride and that gets a bit annoying but that's just some slight annoyance consider the rest of the jacket to be very nice and satisfying.
Everything is holding in place after a few days trip to the shores. Never went down on it yet so can't judge how well it protects her and hence not a 5 in the scale.
Airflow is fair just like all other non-perforated leather jacket, nothing to complain about as I knew what it was before buying, just a reminder it's not going to be a 90 degree + jacket.
Personally I will give this jacket a 4.5, knowing revit stuff generally fits small you might have to order a size bigger if you are well build with big frame and board shoulders.

Brilliant jacket for the price
I've had the jacket for about two weeks now and have ridden in weather from the high 20's F to the low 60's F. I've been really surprised how well the jacket has performed so far. Especially since it's a sub $300 jacket.
I love the styling of the jacket. It looks good on and off the bike. It has adequate armor in the shoulders and elbows. Very simple jacket. It only has five zippers. One front, two sleeve and two side pocket. The pockets are roomy enough for a few small items, but not much more.
Performance wise, it just works. Keeps the wind out and allows you to stay warm in cold weather. I usually wear my Gerbing's heated jacket liner underneath and I stay nice and toasty on my morning rides.
Overall, I rate the jacket highly. A lot of value for the money.
If I'm being picky, here are a few things I'm not crazy about:
The upper arms feel a bit snug, but that could because of dressing in layers.
I hate the reversed-side front zipper. I wish REV'IT would build jackets specifically for the U.S. market. It's really irritating trying to re-learn how to zip up a jacket after a lifetime of doing it the "right" way.
Not really crazy about the collar liner either. It's not particularly comfortable. I suspect, though, it will soften up over the next few months.
Lastly, I wish I had waited a few weeks to buy. I would have saved even more on the jacket as the price has been recently reduced even more.
Overall, if you're in looking for a black leather jacket, you should take a look and put it near the top of your list. Can't go wrong with the Union Jacket. Good looking, great performing and a even better price!

The removable lining makes this jacket do well in the winter. The jacket was a great deal on clearance.

looks cool, ultimately disapointing
This jacket seems great from the description and pictures. The build quality is amazing. The sizing and fit models revit use continue to be trouble for me. I have never been able to make their products work well for me.
good stuff if you can get it to fit. I can't seem to.
