Warm and comfortable
This jacket is great. It is very warm with the liner but can breathe so you are not too hot and it has lots of adjustable straps and tabs to get the fit just right.

good with room for improvement
disclaimer: I am writing this review on behalf of my wife.
Pros: The jacket is warm and very comfortable. The side pockets (open ones) are quite handy when you are not riding.
Cons: The fitment is quite small. The jacket should have a few more details for the gender.
Overall a good jacket.

My new best friend
Anyone living in Portland is subject to ever changing (mostly wet) weather from late October to May. I’m cold all the time and lazy (don’t like zip-in waterproof liners) so the integrated Goretex liner is a must for me. I’ve had this jacket for about 2 months and it is warm, comfy, fairly lightweight and most important – bombproof with feminine cut!
- Windproof: ridden at highway speeds in approx 42 degrees for about 60 minutes. Excellent at keeping the wind out. Any colder or longer and I really need a heated liner.
- Waterproof: I’m sealed in pretty tight. I’ve been caught in medium rain on back roads and water seems to bead right up without getting me soaked.
- Waterproof pockets:No problem storing electronics as the hip pockets have waterproof zippers under the storm flap.
- Fit: Feminine/tapered fit but runs a little large. I’m wearing a 34. I have a long slender torso and arms with narrower shoulders (chest – 33.5) this fits me perfect almost everywhere with some room to spare in the chest. See comment below for arm length.
- Fabrics: Outer shell = bombproof.
- Fabrics: Inner liner = short so it doesn’t create extra bulk around waist. Warm/cozy. Ahhhhhh….
- Ventilation: Untested.
- Arm length: armor is placed a little high for me.
- Collar : I’d like for it to be taller as wind creeps down my neck. For colder days I wear a windproof balaclava which solves this problem.
I‘m very happy with this jacket. It’s very versatile and an investment that’s well worth it if you live in a wet climate. I can’t wait to take it on longer trips.

Linda S: I'm cold all the time and too lazy to do zip-out waterproof liners. This provides me with long-distance warmth, protection, excellent fit and comfort. It will actually keep me warm and dry in Oregon winter. I love this jacket.Oct 23, 2013

flibotte m asked:Hi, i have a size 38 in the Turbine Jacket and fits perfect. I tried the Indigo but the size 36 fitted me better . To wich one of those two the Legacy GTX is the closest in fitment. When it's a closeout is it because it's not available anymore for this season or model is changing in 2014? Thank you!Sep 25, 2013
Linda S:Hi - I do not know the fit of the Turbine but I have the Legacy in size 34, it fits me perfectly (and is snug with the liner in it). Legacy has a bit of extra room built in (and I like a snug fit). I have a long/slender torso and monkey arms.
I've had the Indigo (size 36) and feel the Legacy is a pretty close fit. Legacy is about the same length - may be a little more width in the shoulders and a little less width in hips than Indigo. Since I sized down in the Legacy it is not a direct comparison.
Buy the Legacy ! SIze 36 will very likely work for you. Try it leaned over your bike to check torso/arm fit. It is an EXCELLENT jacket (GORETEX!) and you can return it if it doesn't fit right. Revit is not making them anymore for women. Good luck!Sep 25, 2013
