REV'IT! Ladies Legacy GTX Jacket

The LEGACY GTX Ladies’ jacket is not just a smaller version of the popular Legacy GTX unisex jacket. It's a completely redesigned version for the serious female touring enthusiast. We have incorporated the same functional properties, whilst maintaining an elegant, feminine fitting shape. The LEGACY GTX Ladies’ jacket includes all the functional details that women seek, including a newly constructed adjustable comfort collar, warm and comfortable thermal insulation, ProLife® ladies’ CE armor at the shoulders and elbows, adjustable waistband and hip straps to tailor the fit, and strategically placed stretch panels.

  • Outer shell:  PWR|shell 750D with Teflon® coating, Cordura® 1000D ribstop with Teflon® coating, PWR|wax 500D, neoprene
  • Insulation:  detachable thermal liner
  • Waterproofing:  GORE-TEX® Performance Shell Z-liner
  • Breathability:  GORE-TEX® Performance Shell Z-liner
  • Outer shell: 100% polyamide lining: 74% polyester, 26% polyamide
  • Thermal liner: 100% polyamide (insulation 100% polyester)
  • Membrane: 100% Gore-Tex® membrane (ePTFE)
  • Protection:  Prolife® ladies CE protection at shoulders and elbows, fully perforated EVA foam at back, CE prepared for Knox® Advance X CE or Seesoft Back Protector

My new best friend Anyone living in Portland is subject to ever changing (mostly wet) weather from late October to May. I’m cold all the time and lazy (don’t like zip-in waterproof liners) so the integrated Goretex liner is a must for me. I’ve had this jacket for about 2 months and it is warm, comfy, fairly lightweight and most important – bombproof with feminine cut! Likes: - Windproof: ridden at highway speeds in approx 42 degrees for about 60 minutes. Excellent at keeping the wind out. Any colder or longer and I really need a heated liner. - Waterproof: I’m sealed in pretty tight. I’ve been caught in medium rain on back roads and water seems to bead right up without getting me soaked. - Waterproof pockets:No problem storing electronics as the hip pockets have waterproof zippers under the storm flap. - Fit: Feminine/tapered fit but runs a little large. I’m wearing a 34. I have a long slender torso and arms with narrower shoulders (chest – 33.5) this fits me perfect almost everywhere with some room to spare in the chest. See comment below for arm length. - Fabrics: Outer shell = bombproof. - Fabrics: Inner liner = short so it doesn’t create extra bulk around waist. Warm/cozy. Ahhhhhh…. - Ventilation: Untested. Dislikes: - Arm length: armor is placed a little high for me. - Collar : I’d like for it to be taller as wind creeps down my neck. For colder days I wear a windproof balaclava which solves this problem. I‘m very happy with this jacket. It’s very versatile and an investment that’s well worth it if you live in a wet climate. Answer: 
The fit of the Siren and the Ladies Legacy are quite similar. If you currently wear a size 38 in the Siren jacket, you would take the same size in the Legacy.

How To Measure REV'IT! Pants Size

SIZING INSTRUCTIONS

We highly recommend finding a cloth tape measure and taking the time to take these measurements.  REV'IT! sizes will not necessarily correlate with fitment in other brands.

  • Chestwidth: Measure from under/top of armpit cross chest to under/top of other armpit, then across back to first armpit
  • Waist: Measure at the hourglass of your torso, (circumference measured at your belly button)
  • Hips: pelvic bone to pelvic bone, the widest part of your hips below the waist
  • Inseam: from crotch to big ankle bone
  • Outseam: from waist to big ankle bone
