A slim-fitting sporty cut and the combination of Grade-A leather with strategically placed stretch panels make this a versatile jacket that works both on the bike and off the bike. The REVIT Galactic features a removable hydratex® 3L liner for true waterproof performance, and can easily be paired to either the fully vented leather/mesh Gear 2 trousers or any of the full-leather sport trousers with its convenient connection zippers. On warm summer days the membrane can be removed and replaced with a Challenger cooling vest upgrade for ultimate hot-weather performance.
the jacket fits great on my gf and it offers a good amount of protection without over exaggerating
My gf is very small, this was the only jacket in size 34 and fit perfectly on her. We tried other brands but they were either too small or big.
we are pretty happy with it.

Stylish women's fit jacket
This jacket looks great and fits well. It isn't bulky and is very comfortable. The stretch panels are in the right places and it doesn't even feel like I'm wearing a protective motorcycle jacket.
The fit is small so I recommend buying a size larger than you normally would. Usually I would wear a large jacket in Joe Rocket but I ordered the x-large for the Revit jacket which is size 44.
I was worried the shoulders would be tight, but this jacket does not pull or strain in the riding position. The sleeves are roomy enough so that I'd be able to wear a sweatshirt underneath if needed. Most other brands I find are so tight in the sleeves, there isn't much room for any layers underneath.
The air-flow is great in this jacket. Even with the liner in there is quite a bit of air flow. This would not be ideal as a colder weather jacket.
The inner pockets of the jacket are roomy enough to hold my iphone and wallet. The outer pockets are also decently sized.
My only negative thing is the back protector. The one that comes with the jacket is not good at all. You will have to order the recommended back protector (which I haven't tried, as it is out of stock). The pocket is very small so you can not put another brand of protector in it without cutting it smaller or sewing a bigger pocket in the jacket.
Overall, I am very happy with the jacket. It is the most comfortable motorcycle jacket I've ever had. The workmanship and quality are very good. I always get compliments about the jacket whenever I'm out riding.

I absolutely love this jacket! The leather and mesh make this jacket really functional! It fits nicely, looks good, and has ample protection. I am 5'0, 128 lbs. and usually wear between a size 6-8 top. I bought a size 42 and it fits quite nicely. I wear it without the liner (it feels sticky to me) and can wear it with a t-shirt, but still have enough room for a hoody. I bought the Gear2 leather pants and they match perfectly.

Comfortable, great-looking jacket
I'm 5'3", 130 lbs, 36" chest. I ordered a size up and got a 42. It fits great! Most jackets make me look like a marshmallow, but the cut of this jacket makes all the difference.
I just got back from a 70-mile ride in 70 degree weather, with the liner out. I was worried about airflow at first, because the jacket was warm off the bike. But once I got on the highway, I was surprised at how much things cooled down.

A shopper asked:I really like this jacket but I live in England and we all know how wonderful the winters are here. Could you recommend a really fitted (ladies flattering fit) jacket that would suit British weather?Sep 14, 2013
Tracy D M:I really love the look of the galactic jacket but it is definitely not a winter jacket. It flows a lot of air and is great in the hot weather.
I do find that the jacket is a bit short so it wouldn't give much coverage for rain.
I love the revit brand, the quality is amazing. I was looking at the revit raven jacket and it does have a fitted style. The white/black version of the raven is stylish and may work for the British winters. I don't know of any fitted textile jackets though.
I have a heated jacket that I wear in cooler temperatures and it works great. Maybe that would be a good accessory to have to wear under whatever jacket you choose.
Nina S:I tried this jacket and really liked it. There is a liner for waterproofing, and when removed, there is some venting for warmer weather. I think the paneling helps for when the weather gets very warm, or you can get something to wear under for cooling. I didn't end up buying this jacket because I have a short torso and when in riding position, the entire jacket was pushed upward so the shoulders rose a bit too. Awkward. The velcro at the hip allow you to adjust the fit, the leather is excellent as is the textile. Very well made. The product description does say it is fitted. I went up a size, so it wasn't as fitted as you may prefer.Sep 14, 2013
Dianne B:I got the Galatic jacket for summer riding in East Tennessee. Our summers are humid and are typically over 85 degrees. In temperatures below 75 degrees, I recommend layering. The vented panels were designed for airflow. The jacket is beautifully made. I get many compliments on it. I am very happy with the purchase!Sep 14, 2013
RevZilla:Simply put, yes. The REV'IT! Women's Galactic Jacket will zip to the REV'IT! Women's Gear Pants. In fact, all REV'IT! jackets and pants are modular. So, if you love REV'IT! but you'd like to add your own flair, feel free to mix and match it up!Apr 24, 2013
