REV'IT! Women's Element 2 H2O Gloves
Great cool weather guantlet gloves
Very comfortable. My hands are on the small side but I wore the medium. Great grip and protection.

Awesome but bulky
These gloves are true to fit. Only bad thing is they're a little thick. It took some time to get use to. I've been using them for around a month now and they feel normal. They do keep your hands pretty warm. Mainly many for winter/fall weather. California's weather not too much. My hands get sweaty to the point I get a little stick in the glove. I love the double velcro straps.

Good for moderate climate
I bought these gloves about two years ago to use in the winter when it gets colder. I should add, I live in California so winter here is only about 40F. They keep my hands warm enough but I wouldn't recommend them for colder temperatures.
I find them very comfortable, durable and they broke in easily. They're not too tight in the fingers and the liner is very soft. These gloves are definitely not waterproof and I've gotten them wet a few times riding in the rain. They dry pretty quickly and I haven't noticed any damage or lasting odor from getting them wet. There is basically no ventilation, but they are winter gloves so I didn't expect any.
Overall, I would recommend these gloves for moderate temperatures. They're very comfortable and stylish for every day basic riding.

Ok winter gloves
I have had a chance to wear these gloves a few times now and they are just ok. I have worn them in about 50 degree weather and would say you could not wear them below that. After about 2 hrs in 50 degree weather my hands were cold. These gloves are a bit bulky, but doable. They fit true to size and fit over my jacket sleeves nicely. The protection also seems adequate. I cannot comment on the waterproofing as I haven't been in the rain yet. If you are looking for a mild winter glove these will work.

Good glove for cool riding in the 45 - 50 degree range.
I purchased these gloves for my wife about three months ago. We generally don't ride below 50 degree temperatures. These gloves seem to be fine for our riding needs. She says they are comfortable but she had to adjust to a somewhat more bulky glove compared to her summer gloves. I recommend using the size chart as I got a size a little larger than what she usually wears. I would recommend these gloves for anyone looking for comfort and some protection but not necessarily cold temperature riding.

Excellent quality, VERY warm winter gloves
REV'IT! Women's Element H2O Gloves-
Warm (I've used these gloves in 25-60 degree F morning commutes in Virginia)...hands stay toasty
Seems to provide good protection (hope to not test this soon)
Velcro straps keep the glove in position
For me, the fingers run a bit too long, but I've found this to be true of other winter gloves
Bulky, but not so bulky that it hinders moto operation (I'm more accustomed to summer gloves)
These gloves run small. I usually wear a size small and ordered a size medium...a snug fit!

Great gloves, but not as warm as I had hoped
These gloves look very nice and are comfortable to ride in. No trouble operating the bike. I like having a little extra room where my fingernails go ... some gloves don't leave enough room and my nails are only moderate in length. They appear to be durable. I didn't respond to the Air Flow issue. They are supposed to be warm, so I was not looking for airflow. I bought these to replace some super warm gloves and these are not quite as warm. Unfortunately, they don't make my old gloves any more. Luckily, my bike has heated grips. Appreciated the video and customer service at Revzilla.

Warm, durable, reliable gloves.
I'm a newer rider, so I had a hard time choosing a pair of gloves for winter. While researching, I found most of the lower-priced styles to be flimsy, and the high-priced styles to be outright ugly. Overall, I was concerned about having gloves that would limit my mobility or would be too much to deal with while city commuting.
My ideal glove was going to be stylish (sleek, simple and unisex), reasonably priced, durable, still flexible and well-fitting, and would be something I could regularly remove / store in a small backpack on my commute. I didn't find quite that (I don't know if that even exists), but I came as close as I could with the REV'IT! Women's Element 2 H20 Gloves.
First off, they look good. They lose one point from me for not being all black, but they were a welcome change from the other gloves I looked into that looked like snow-gear or were overly girly.
Second, they fit well. They're a little snug, but they're SO warm. No air gets in there and my hands are left feeling great. I haven't had them long so they still need to loosen up a lot for me, but I'm happy with the range of movement and flexibility I can get so far, and they work for city commutes.
Lastly, they feel really protective and durable. Warmth aside, I can tell that I'm getting what I pay for here in terms of armor. Trying these on versus trying on competitors was the push I needed to buy.
