REV'IT! Women's Airwave Pants

The perfect match for the Airwave ladies' jacket, these trousers are also great summer over-pants to wear on top of your jeans when commuting. The large air mesh panels allow for maximum cooling, but that's not all: they're on and off in seconds, thanks to the long side zippers, which go all the way up to the hip. Reflective panels at the lower legs ensure great visibility at all times, and the fit is designed specifically for a woman's body. Even more, the Knox Flexiform CE-approved armor is located in height adjustable pockets, allowing you to position the armour just the way you like it. Available in classic black or daring off white.

not a good product. I have been riding for almost 20 years. So these are not my first pair of riding pants. The protective padding is quite thin. Also the full length zipper on the inside of the leg gets caught on the foot pegs if you are on the shorter side during take off / stopping. Possibly would be OK if you are a passenger only. I wore them one time and will never wear them again. I would rather be safe then sorry. Zippers should be on the outside or back of the leg. April 20, 2013
This product is a good summer option My only issue is the flimsy inner thought and crotch area. It always feels like I'm going to rip the pants just swinging my leg over my bike. Other than that, zippers are all top notch and the pants seem like they will last a while. Matches the air flow jacket to a T and makes you look like a mixture between a serious rider and a ninja (black option). April 1, 2013
Very comfortable These work well for me as over pants. I'm 5' 8", 120 lbs., 26/27 waist and bought these in white in size 38 so they're just right. February 24, 2013
Cool and comfortable My gf says they feel comfortable and keep her cool on hot Texas days. They look good and are cut for a woman's body. The CE hip and adjustable knee padding are great features. I'm not sure how well textile can stand a high-speed fall, but the quality looks great. They have to be hand-washed September 10, 2012
good summer pants at reasonable price I bought these for a 10 day trip from Portland to Boulder in August. They are well vented but a bit bulky (which is worth it to me because they have good armor). The waist is pretty high and I found it more comfortable to turn it over because I prefer low-cut fitting pants, although you lose a bit of safety by not zipping them into the jacket. Also, I'm pretty short (5' 0", 110 lbs, and I got the size 34 which overall fit well). In severe heat (103-105 degrees) I found them to be a bit sticky so I wore them with a base layer, which was a bit warmer but more comfortable. In that heat, I don't think anything would have made me perfectly comfortable, but these pants at least made it tolerable. They are reasonably stylish, although not super sleek or slimming. These pants fit more fashionably. I wanted a pair of vented pants that fit snugger through the legs. Most pants end up looking like snow pants. These pants were shaped to fit my body. I didn't mind wearing them off the bike. August 7, 2012

The REV'IT! Women's Airwave Pant is only available in standard lengths, however, there are a couple of other women's pants offered in the REV'IT! line up that can be purchased in short, standard, and tall lengths that might interest you. You might like the REV'IT! Women's Ventura pant or the Women's Gear 2 pant; both are offered in short, standard, and tall inseam lengths.

the revit airwave pants in size 34 fit me well- I didn't have to have them hemmed (not sure if that would even be possible to do easily). I'm 5'0" and 110 lbs, with an inseam that's about 26".

Hey-my wife just got the Scorpion Savannah and she sounds like your size and they fit her. The derrière is small on these unlike most other pants.

How To Measure REV'IT! Pants Size

SIZING INSTRUCTIONS

We highly recommend finding a cloth tape measure and taking the time to take these measurements.  REV'IT! sizes will not necessarily correlate with fitment in other brands.

  • Chestwidth: Measure from under/top of armpit cross chest to under/top of other armpit, then across back to first armpit
  • Waist: Measure at the hourglass of your torso, (circumference measured at your belly button)
  • Hips: pelvic bone to pelvic bone, the widest part of your hips below the waist
  • Inseam: from crotch to big ankle bone
  • Outseam: from waist to big ankle bone
