How it fits
I am 5'11", 39" waist, 43" chest and the smallest size I could fit into was a 58. I have 30" inseam which meant all the knee protection was 2" below where it should be, so I had a leather seamstress shorten the thighs by 2". Knee armor is where it should be now.
For fit, you should buy the smallest size you can fit into. It should feel tight. It will stretch.
I crashed in mine and the stretch panel going up to the shoulder had to be replaced however the shoulder armor protected me from a shoulder injury and the knee armor worked as it should.
Good suit for the money. Only thing you dont get is the extra armor on the knee and the extra knee pad/gripper on the inside of the knee. You'll have to spring for Alpinestars for those features, another $400. I have tried on Alpinestars in 58 and it fits the same as this one. The Held has an insane amount of external armor if you want the max. Never tried one of those on..
My REVIT Tarmac is a pretty good suit.

Amazing one-piece suit!!!
I've probably worn this suit about a dozen times now, mainly for spirited canyon riding. Each ride is usually anywhere from 60-100 miles. Not too many miles on it, but enough to let me write a detailed review on this amazing suit.
Fit/Sizing: Race-Fit, slightly tight.
Compared to a normal jacket, this will be a little bit tighter around the body just because it's meant for racing. You can still go by normal sizing however. I am 5'8", 129lbs, slim built, I do go the gym but I'm not bulky or "buff", I bought a 46EU/36US and there is still a tiny bit of room around the waist area, the chest fits perfectly fine (35.5" chest roughly).
When you first put it on (depending on your built) it will feel tight, which is normal but make sure you can still fit a back protector in it because that 2cm thick piece of foam will not protect you much in a low or high side.
A good size speed hump, you don't need a huge one, unless you are going to professionally race in my opinion. Like the Revzilla says, you can fit a camo-pack bladder in it for water, it has the holes and everything. However I realized it's pretty hard to fit one into the speed hump without feeling a huge bulge against your back. I'm not sure if they make "speed-hump-specific" bladders but I bought a small 20oz one and it seemed to fit okay.
There are accordion-panels on the elbow, knees and back area for stretching and more comfort. This allows the suit to stay tight as well as allow you to go full tuck and hunch over at the same time. You don't feel any tugging on your neck or shoulders which is great.
A lot of breathable material around the crotch and armpits for stretching and airflow. The whole suit is practically perforated as well so you will never feel hot in it (as long as you are moving).
My favorite part of the suit is the aluminum protector! The shoulders and elbow both have them and it gives the suit a very aggressive look.
The neck has the neoprene material (I think that's what it's called) which is very soft against the skin and doesn't cause irritation or anything.
The inner liner is removable for washing and the back is very comfortable! It has this 3D look to it that creates airpockets supposedly to keep your warm/cool depending on the weather. I however did not notice anything since I wear an external back protector, the Forcefield T-Pro kevlar one (which i HIGHLY recommend).
If you care enough, they have a name tag location at the middle of the zipper area around the chest. A nice add-on for the aggressive track riders incase anything happens.
OVERALL: Suit is VERY VERY comfortable and I highly recommend it! Especially for the people on the slimmer side, Rev'It makes their fit more slim than most brands I know so it was great for me. The decals on the suit were great, color scheme is awesome and the aluminum protectors are an awesome feature as well. I just wish they would tell you what kind of "hydra-bag" would best fit in the speed-hump or make one themselves so it has perfect fitment.
If anyone is in need of a track suit or just a suit for the weekend carving, I definitely recommend this to everyone! Amazing suit.

I am very impressed with this suit. You definitely get what you pay for and more. One thing about this suit is the sizing for me was one size smaller than what I normally wear. This suit also breathes really well, the holes in the suit really work.
Take the time to measure yourself and have the team at Revzilla help you make the choice. That's what I did and they were spot on with the size of the suit. This suit is definitely a race fit and is tight, but even though it's tight it's still comfortable when you're in the tuck / aggressive position on the bike.
I'm definitely impressed with Rev'it and would buy this suit again.
